본 발명은 축산 부산물을 산, 알칼리 및 단백질 분해 효소 처리하여 제조된 아미노산 비료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 우피, 돈피 또는 소뼈와 같은 축산 부산물을 산 및 알칼리 처리하여 조(crude) 콜라겐 펩타이드를 수득한 후 다시 바실러스속 변이주 Bacillus sp. Iren-101에서 생성된 콜라겐 특이성 단백질 분해 효소로 조 콜라겐 펩타이드를 분해시켜 제조된 아미노산 비료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Le procédé de production de molécules organiques à partir de biomasse fermentescible, comprend une étape de fermentation (5) anaérobie produisant des acides gras volatils (6), ces précurseurs étant transformés en molécules organiques finales par voie non fermentaire. Il comprend également au moins les étapes suivantes; a) extraire (9) au moins une partie des acides gras volatils du milieu de fermentation de sorte que la production de métabolites fermentaires par les microorganismes (M) n'est pas affectée et introduire une partie de la phase liquide (11) contenant des microorganismes issue de l'extraction (9), b) synthétiser (13) des molécules organiques à partir des métabolites fermentaires ou des acides gras volatils extraits à l'étape a), c) poursuivre les étapes a) à b) jusqu'à l'obtention, en quantité et en qualité, des molécules organiques finales. L'invention concerne également une installation de mise en œuvre du procédé.

본 발명은 유독성 배기가스나 다이옥신과 같은 공해물질이 발생하지 않고, 처리된 사체를 매장해도 토양을 오염시키지 않으며, 구성이 단순한 친환경 사체 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사체에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 건조부와, 수분이 제거된 사체에 충격을 인가해서 작은 조각으로 분쇄하는 분쇄부와, 분쇄된 사체에 포함된 이물질을 분리하는 이물질분리부를 포함하며, 상기 건조부에 적재된 사체는 진공상태에서 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 사체 처리장치를 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면 유독성 배기가스나 다이옥신과 같은 공해물질이 발생하지 않으므로 친환경적이고, 사체에 포함된 이물질 제거되므로 매장해도 토양을 오염시키지 않고, 양분으로 사용될 수 있기 때문에 처리된 사체는 자연장, 수목장에 적합하며, 또한 사체가 동물성 폐기물인 경우 비료나 사료로 사용 가능하고, 사체의 화학적인 변화가 없으며, 유지, 보수가 용이하다는 이점이 있다.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Düngemittel für Pflanzen sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Düngemittels. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Verfahren die Bereitstellung von Molke, die aerobe Fermentation der Molke zur Produktion von Biomasse, die Integration einer Grunddüngung entsprechend einer der beiden vorgestellten verfahrenstechnischen Lösungen und gegebenenfalls die Trocknung zur Optimierung der Produkthaltbarkeit und zur Hefeinaktivierung.

A method for handling the bodily remains of a human or animal comprises the following steps, to be performed in suitable sequence, of: (a) providing a receptacle at least partly filled with soil material, for instance potting compost or hydroculture granules ; (b) allowing a plant, such as a tree, a shrub, a bonsai tree or a house-plant, to grow in this soil material; and (c) adding at least components of the bodily remains to this plant.

The invention comprises a multi-stage process and apparatus that converts various waste and lowvalue feedstocks, such as offal, animal manures, municipal sewage sludge, tires, and plastics, to produce useful materials, including gas, oil, specialty chemicals, and carbon solids, in reliable purities and compositions, at acceptable cost and with high energy efficiency, without producing malodorous emissions. The invention further provides for an apparatus for converting an organic liquor into a mixture of hydrocarbons and carbon solids, comprising: a heater for producing a mixture of liquid and vaporized oil from the organic liquor; a reactor for converting the mixture into carbon solids and a hydrocarbon/gas mixture; a first cooler for accepting the carbon solids; and a second cooler for accepting the hydrocarbon/gas mixture. The invention still further relates to a separator that separates out particulates of a dimension of about 1 micron, such as cellular debris from bacteria, from a surrounding fluid.

A process for producing a nutrient rich material, the process comprising dewatering dairy waste to produce a sludge having a solids content of between 20 % and 30 % by weight. Optionally, the process includes the step of further drying the sludge to approximately 90 % solids and optionally mixing the dried sludge with a matrix material comprising organic and/or inorganic compounds to produce a nutrient base fertiliser. The invention also relates to a process for producing a growing medium by mixing the nutrient rich material with matrix material comprising peat, composted bark and lignite and composting the resulting mixture.

There is provided A process for producing a biocompatible soil mixture from cremated ash remains, the process comprising: mixing cremated ash remains with a soil base material and a nutrient composition to produce a pre-conditioned mixture, the nutrient composition comprising at least one of paramagnetic material, soil conditioner and fertilizer; and conditioning the pre-conditioned mixture using a microbial conditioner to adjust the adverse chemical properties of the cremated ash remains biologically to produce a conditioned soil mixture being biocompatible for a legacy tree, wherein the pre-conditioned mixture comprises less than 10% of the cremated ash remains by volume.

The presently disclosed subject matter relates to Managed Ecosystem Fermentation (MEF) which is a continuous microbial process utilizing a managed ecosystem approach employing dozens to thousands of species of microorganisms, occurring in a controlled artificial environment and consuming organic materials without benefit of sterilization. The process of utilizing this fermentation for the consumption of organic materials on a continuous basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter. The process of separating chemicals as industrial chemicals from this fermentation on a continuous basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter. The process of separating biomass useful as high protein animal feed or fertilizer from this fermentation on a continuous (or semi-continuous) basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter.
