A right angle gearbox is described that includes an enclosure, an input member, an output member, and an assembly. The enclosure has dimensions such that the gearbox is operable as a drop in replacement for a gearbox that includes a worm gear set. The input member extends from the enclosure and includes a first portion of a helical gear set housed within the enclosure. The output member extends from the enclosure and includes a second portion of a hypoid gear set housed within the enclosure. The output member is substantially orthogonal to the input member. The assembly includes a second portion of the helical gear set and a first portion of the hypoid gear set mechanically coupled to one another.

A drive mechanism (20) including a first shaft (324) having a first fixed gear (328) and a second shaft (322) having a second fixed gear (330) that engages the first fixed gear to cause the first shaft to rotate in an opposite direction than the second shaft. A first linkage (368) connecting the first shaft and the third shaft and includes a first one-way gear (336). A second linkage (366) connecting the second shaft and the third shaft and includes a second one-way gear (338). The third shaft outputs a unidirectional rotational motion.

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verstellbeschlags (1), insbesondere für einen Fahrzeugsitz, mit einem einem ersten Beschlagteil (2) zuordenbaren Außenrad (4) mit einer Innenverzahnung (16) und mit einem einem zweiten Beschlagteil (3) zuordenbaren Innenrad (7) mit einer Außenverzahnung (16), wobei das Innenrad (7) mit Außenverzahnung (16) in das Außenrad (4) mit Innenverzahnung nach Art eines Taumelgetriebes exzentrisch zu einer Drehachse (A) eingesetzt wird, wobei in einen sich zwischen der Drehachse (A) und dem Innenrad (7) gebildeten exzentrischen Aufnahmeraum (25) zur Bildung einer variablen Exzentrizität Teilexzenter (30, 32) zueinander drehbar eingesetzt werden, wobei ein ein Eingriffsmittel (60, 62, 64) aufweisendes Übertragungselement (34) zur Betätigung der Teilexzenter (30, 32) derart eingesetzt wird, dass das Eingriffsmittel (60, 62, 64) mit Mitnahmemitteln (50, 52, 54) der Teilexzenter (30, 32) zusammenwirkt, soll trotz der Fertigungstoleranzen der Bauteile eine insgesamt höhere Qualität und eine höhere betriebliche Sicherheit des hergestellten Verstellbeschlages erzielen. Dazu erfolgt eine Vermessung der Geometrie der Teilexzenter (30, 32) und die Geometrie des Übertragungselements (34) wird anhand der Daten der Vermessung vor dem Einsetzen des Übertragungselements (34) individuell angepasst.

A bearing assembly which spaces bearing elements in an unequal relationship from one bearing element pocket to the next. The spacing minimizes the likelihood that the bearing elements will rest in the exact same location on an inner and outer race to reduce the potential for false brinelling. The net result is a decreased depth of false brinelling in any one location and an increased bearing life.

The invention concerns a screw pump (10) that is configured as a dual-shaft positive displacement motor and that comprises two positive displacement spindle rotors (1 and 2) rotating in opposite directions and having external toothing. In order to provide a quiet and simple drive mechanism for said rotors (1 and 2) while ensuring synchronization and increased rotational speed, contrate gear-like gearwheels (3 and 4) are mounted on both rotors (1 and 2) rotating in opposite directions or the rotor spindles in a corresponding plane, in which a larger contrate gear-like driving toothed wheel (5) engages in such a way that both spindle rotors (1 and 2) are driven in opposite directions at an increased rotational speed, wherein said contrate gear similarity also includes a crown gear with internal and external toothing working in connection with front toothed wheels or bevel gears and the possibility that only the driving toothed wheel (5) or only the driven gearwheels (3 and 4) are contrate gear-like.

The invention relates to a multi-stage spur gear transmission (1) for fractional horsepower electric motors and subfractional horsepower electric motors. The inventive spur gear transmission comprises a transmission housing and at least two transmission shafts or transmission arbors that are received by the transmission housing. Spur drives of different diameters (8, 10, 13, 14, 15) are located on the transmission shafts or transmission arbors (9, 11). The aim of the invention is to provide a spur gear transmission with extremely small dimensions and maximum reduction gear ratios. To this end, at least two spur gears are interlinked in a non-rotational manner and are combined to a double gear set. Said double gear set is further rotationally received by a transmission arbor that consists of a mechanically resistant material, for example a ceramic material. At least one of the transmission shafts (9, 11) is mounted as a transmission arbor in the housing in a non-rotational manner. An input shaft opening (5) through which the motor shaft (6) projects into the transmission (1) is mounted in a substantially coaxial relation to the center axis of the transmission housing. The transmission shafts (9, 11) also extend in parallel to said center axis and are mounted at a distance thereto. The inventive transmission allows that several reduction gears are mounted on one transmission arbor. Preferably, only two transmission shafts or transmission arbors are used. The inventive transmission requires the least space among all possible transmission variations.

Multiple slotted drive disks (10) are secured in parallel relationship to a drive shaft (14). The slots (16) are radially arranged and the slots (16) of each disk aligned. Movable rods (18) are received in the slots (16). A slotted driven disk (30) is secured to a driven shaft (36), which driven shaft (36) is parallel to the drive shaft (14). The drive (10) and driven (30) disks are arranged in parallel intersecting relationship such that the rods (18) will be received in the slots (16) of the driven disk (30) through a portion of the revolution. Relative movement is effected between the shafts via the rods (18). The relationship of angular velocity between the shafts is kept constant and an infinite torque converter (8) is provided.

Selon l'invention, l'axe de pivotement de l'une au moins desdites roues de transmission (8a, 8b) est décalé par rapport à un plan P passant par l'axe de pivotement desdits arbres moteur et de sortie.
