The invention concerns an apparatus comprising a container (1) closed with a lid (6) storing the product to be dispensed, a cylinder communicating with the container (1) and whereof the bottom is provided with an outlet, a piston (12) traversed by at least one orifice (13), sliding in the cylinder, a check valve (25) mobile between positions opening and closing the orifice (13), said check valve (25) being urged by a spring towards its opening position, a dispensing nozzle communicating with the outlet and provided with a normally closed plug which opens by the effect of the pressure of the product contained in the cylinder, and means for actuating the piston from outside the container (1). The invention is useful for making pancakes.

The invention relates to a device (100) for delivering food products (200) from a certain dough material with a certain shape and/or length, the device comprising: a cartridge (21) where a certain dough material is stored; a dispensing mechanism (10) configured to dispense in a controlled manner the dough material inside the cartridge (21); a die (31) having a certain shape through which the dough material will flow and thus will be shaped, and a cutting mechanism (40) configured to cut the flow of food product exiting the die (31) at a certain length. The frequency of the cutting mechanism (40) and the speed of the dispensing mechanism (10) typically govern the length of the food product (200) delivered. The invention further relates to a system (500) for delivering food products (200) from a certain dough material with a certain shape and/or length, comprising a device (100) as described, one or a plurality of interchangeable cartridges (21) where a certain dough material is stored and one or a plurality of interchangeable dies (31) provided with a certain shape. The invention also relates to the use of such a system (500).

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un produit alimentaire sous forme de boulettes, boudins ou palets, comprenant : - une étape de malaxage et de cuisson simultanés d'un mélange formé à partir d'une farine et / ou semoule d'une céréale contenant du gluten, d'un produit de tubercule de Solanum tuberosum et d'un liquide, pour obtenir une composition pâteuse (C), et - une étape de formage de boulettes, boudins ou palets à partir de la composition pâteuse, le mélange étant malaxé et cuit pendant un temps compris entre 1 et 15 min, et de manière qu'à l'issue de l’étape de malaxage et de cuisson simultanés, la composition pâteuse présente une température comprise entre 80 et 100 °C. A dosing dispenser comprises a generally vertical dosing cylinder (5) in the lower portion of a container (1) for a fluid product to be dispensed, a valve mechanism (14-17) at the bottom portion of the dosing cylinder, and a dosing piston (13) for transferral into and out of the dosing cylinder and having substantially the same external diameter as the internal diameter of the dosing cylinder. The dispenser is provided with an electric motor (7) for accomplishing axial movements of the dosing piston and with means for controlling said axial movements of the dosing piston (13) .
