본 발명은 100nm-1000nm 사이의 크기로 응집되어 존재하는 폭발 합성에 의한 나노다이아몬드를 100nm이하로 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 나노다이아몬드 분리방법은 불순물이 혼입할 여지가 있는 무기물의 강산(예를 들면 H2SO4, H2CrO4, HCl, HI 등)이나 알카리금속 및 알카리 토금속,전이금속 등이 포함된 강염기를 사용하지 않음으로서 종래의 금속 불순물 혼입 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 분리방법에 의하면 5~50nm 사이즈의 단일입자상 및 복수군집상의 나노다이아몬드 분산액을 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명의 나노다이아몬드는 입자 사이즈가 5~50nm로 균일하고 금속 및 알카리 불순물의 혼입을 억제함으로써 나노다이아모드의 표면에 정량적으로 기능기를 부착을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하여 IT용 박막의 전구물질, 약물 전달체, 화장료 등에 사용할 수 있다.

Die Erfindung betrifft mit einer Koordinationsverbindung der Seltenen Erden belegte Nanodiamanten in Form von Einzelpartikeln oder in aggregierter Form, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koordinationsverbindung einen oder mehrere organische Liganden enthält und dass mindestens ein Ligand der Koordinationsverbindung kovalent an eine auf der Oberfläche des Nanodiamanten gebundene Oberflächengruppe angebunden ist. Die erfindungsgemäßen Nanodiamanten eignen sich zur Herstellung von lumineszierenden Formkörpern oder Schichten. Um Formkörper zu erhalten, können geringe Mengen an Nanodiamanten in eine Matrix beispielsweise aus der Vorstufe eines organischen Polymers eingebracht und das Polymer sodann ausgehärtet werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich auch Schichten erhalten; alternativ können Schichten aus dem reinen Nanodiamant-Material auf eine Matrix aufgebracht und ggf. mit einer Schutzschicht oder einer funktionellen Schicht überschichtet werden.
