The process for the decoration of ceramic slabs comprises at least the following phases: -supply of one slab- shaped article (3) made of unfired ceramic material, provided with one surface to be decorated (4); -application of one decorative powder (P) on the surface to be decorated (4) according to one predefined design (9) to obtain a decorated surface (10); -firing of the slab- shaped article (3) in a kiln to obtain a ceramic slab (12); wherein the phase of application comprises the phases of: -dispensing of the decorative powder (P) on a transfer surface (6); -treatment of the decorative powder (P) on the transfer surface (6) to obtain a decorative gas (G); and -deposition of the decorative gas (G) on the surface to be decorated (4) according to the predefined design (9).

본 발명은 레드머드를 이용한 칼라 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 성토제 또는 산업폐기물로 처리되는 보크사이트 잔사물인 레드머드를 재활용하여 칼라 콘크리트 제조 시 사용되는 골재 재료인 모래와 붉은색 안료인 산화철을 대체함으로써, 제조 비용을 절감하고 환경오염 문제를 방지할 수 있는 칼라 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다.

The invention provides a new class of carbonatable calcium silicate-based, white clinkers and the ground cement produced from these clinkers, as well as methods of their production and use thereof. The disclosed white clinkers and the ground cement exhibit a high brightness and are suitable for use in products with high aesthetic considerations.

The present invention relates to coloured fiber cement products as well as to methods for manufacturing such products. In particular, the present invention provides coloured fiber cement products, which fiber cement products are coloured in the mass, and at least comprise on at least part of their outer surface one or more cured layers of a coating composition, which composition at least comprises a binder and a pigment and/or a filler and is characterized by a pigment volume concentration (PVC) of between about 1% and about 20%. The present invention further provides processes for producing these coloured fiber cement products. Finally, the present invention provides uses of the coloured fiber cement products as building materials. In particular embodiments, the fiber cement products produced by the processes of the present invention can be used to provide an outer surface to walls, both internal as well as external, a building or construction, e.g. as fagade plate, siding, etc.

The invention relates to a process of producing a dental zirconia article, the process comprising the step of sintering a porous dental zirconia article, the sintering comprising a heat-treatment segment A characterized by a heating rate of at least 3 K/sec up to a temperature of at least 1,200°C, the porous dental zirconia article being composed of a zirconia material containing 6.0 to 8.0 wt.% yttria, 0.05 to 0.12 wt.% alumina and comprising a coloring component containing Tb, the porous dental zirconia article being essentially free of Fe components. The invention also relates to a process comprising the additional step of applying a glazing composition to the outer surface of the porous zirconia article before the heat-treatment or sintering is conducted.

The present invention relates to coated fiber cement products as well as to methods for manufacturing such products. In particular, the present invention provides processes for manufacturing coated fiber cement products, these processes comprising the steps of: (i) providing a cured fiber cement product having at least one surface; (ii) optionally applying a primer to the at least one surface of the cured fiber cement product; (iii) providing a first layer of a first radiation curable composition to the at least one surface; (iv) partially curing the first layer of radiation curable composition by radiation; (v) providing a second layer of a second radiation curable composition to the partially cured first layer, the second radiation curable composition comprising pigments; and (vi) curing the first and the second layer of radiation curable composition by radiation. Finally, the present invention provides coated fiber cement products obtainable by such processes and uses of these fiber cement products as building materials. In particular embodiments, the coated fiber cement products produced by the processes of the present invention can be used to provide an outer surface to walls, both internal as well as external, a building or construction, e.g. as façade plate, siding, etc.
