본 발명은 옥수수 소재를 기반으로 하는 친환경 성형재 및 그를 이용한 성형 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재는 옥수수 가루 13 내지 18 중량%, 옥수수속대 12 내지 17 중량%, 제습제 7 내지 13 중량% 및 PP(polypropylene) 50 내지 60 중량%를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재를 이용한 성형 공정으로 제조되는 성형 제품은 수저, 포크, 젓가락, 육묘용 포트 등과 같은 일회용 제품을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재로 제조된 성형 제품 중 육묘용 포트는 복수의 단위 포트, 복수의 단위 포트를 연결하며 복수의 단위 포트를 개별로 분리할 수 있도록 노치가 형성된 절단 영역, 및 노치에 채워진 보강재를 포함한다.

The invention is directed to a method of extracting polysaccharides from alfalfa plants, the method comprising the followings steps: milling of the alfalfa plants; addition of a buffer solution to the milled alfalfa plants and separation of said milled plants, thus producing a polysaccharides-composed supernatant and a protein- composed pellet; and precipitation of the polysaccharides in the polysaccharides-composed supernatant; the alfalfa plants comprising alfalfa seeds; and the method comprising the following steps, prior to the milling step: soaking of the alfalfa plants in water so as to swell the alfalfa seeds; mesh filtration of the alfalfa plants comprising the swollen alfalfa seeds; and drying of the alfalfa plants comprising the swollen alfalfa seeds.

The invention also provides a binder material for use in asphalt compositions comprising from 1 to 95 % wt, preferably from 5 to 60 %wt of such humins, based on the weight of the binder material. The invention further provides for the use of such humins in the manufacture of binder material for asphalt compositions and the use of such humins as binder material in asphalt compositions.
