摘要: A physical credential includes a first core stock layer provisioned in accordance with a first architecture defining an arrangement of embedded identity attributes with respect to X-Y coordinates of the physical credential. An inlay card layer is affixed to the first core stock layer and includes one or more wire-based antennas. A core stock layer is affixed to the inlay card layer and provisioned in accordance with a second architecture defining an arrangement of embedded security attributes with respect to the X-Y coordinates. The second architecture defines one or more constraints with the first architecture with respect to the X-Y coordinates. The core stock layer includes a semiconductor chip electrically coupled to the one or more wire-based antennas. A personalization layer is affixed to the core stock layer and includes one or more of the identity attributes embedded in compliance with the first architecture and the second architecture.

摘要: A card for storing both emergency information and payment information is disclosed. The card can be used by an emergency responder to retrieve emergency information for the user. The emergency information can enable the emergency responder to better render aid to the user. The card can have one or more processors, a sensor, and a memory in communication with the one or more processors and storing an application thereon. The application can cause the card to receive a request from a user device (e.g., from an emergency medical technician, or EMT) to access emergency information stored in the memory, transmit a security challenge to the user device, authenticate a received response to the security challenge from the user device, and transmit the emergency information to the user device.

摘要: Disclosed herein are system, method, and apparatus for detecting a skimmer via a vibration sensor on a transaction card. The method includes receiving, at a server, from a user equipment, vibration information recorded by a transaction card in response to an execution of a transaction at a point-of-service (POS) terminal of a plurality of POS terminals using the transaction card. The vibration information may be recorded by a microphone or an accelerometer on the transaction card while the transaction card is swiped through the POS terminal or inserted into or removed from the POS terminal. The method includes determining, at the server, a state of the POS terminal based on the received vibration information and in response to a determination of the state of the POS being compromised, sending to one or more stakeholders of the transaction a warning message containing the POS terminal information including the POS terminal's state.

摘要: The invention provides a method and system allowing a consumer to update (secondary) payment credentials linked to a single set of main (first) payment credentials. This allows consumers to initiate transactions using such first set of payment credentials, which are treated by the merchant and acquirer as the payment credentials for the transaction, while the transaction is funded using payment credentials that the consumer dynamically selected. The selection may be performed before the transaction begins, or in some cases the selection can be made in real time whilst the transaction is ongoing.

摘要: In at least one embodiment, a system for enabling an electronic transaction for a purchase based on wireless communication is provided. The system includes at least one transceiver and an electronic authentication card. The electronic authentication card includes the at least one transceiver to initiate a purchase for a user. The electronic authentication card is programmed to wirelessly receive a plurality of wireless signals from at least one transmitter and process the plurality of wireless signals to generate first information indicative of a location of the electronic authentication card. The electronic authentication card is further programmed to wirelessly transmit the first information to a server and to wirelessly receive location coordinates from the server identifying the location of the electronic authentication card based on the first information.

In one aspect, a server may receive, from a client, a first request comprising a uniform resource locator (URL), where parameters of the URL include a cryptogram and a customer identifier of an account associated with the contactless card. The server may decrypt the cryptogram and determine a context of the account based on one or more attributes of the account. The server may select, based on the decryption of the cryptogram and the determined context, a first redirect URL of a plurality of redirect URLs. The server may transmit, to the client, a response including the redirect URL. The server may receive, from the client, a second request including the redirect URL. The server may transmit, to the client, a response including a resource at the redirect URL.

When the first user taps a payment card onto their mobile device, a URL with encrypted string is sent to the mobile device of the user receiving the money or the money request. The mobile device of the other user launches a banking app as a result of opening the URL. That app uses the encrypted string to authenticate the first user sending or requesting the money.
