Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method for presenting an overview of participant reactions to a virtual conference. The program and method provide for a virtual conference between plural participants; provide, for each of the plural participants, display of reaction buttons which are selectable by the participant to indicate different reactions to the virtual conference; receive indication of selections of the reaction buttons by one or more of the plural participants; store an indication of the selections over time in association with recording the virtual conference; generate a graphical overview of reactions to the virtual conference based on the stored indication of the selections; and provide, for a first participant of the plural participants, display of the graphical overview.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video conference and/or telepresence. In some examples, video conference/telepresence can be performed by multiple client devices, user devices and a media control device (e.g., server device). For example, a first client device determines a grouping control that limits a grouping of an overlay media from a second client device with an immersive media of the first client device, and transmits a grouping control signal indicative of the grouping control to inform a media control device. Further, the first client device provides one or more media including the immersive media to the media control device. The media control device can group a plurality of immersive media streams in a single or multiple groups based on the grouping control signal received from the first client device.

Abstract: A method (300) for context-dependent in-call video codec switching includes receiving an indication (136) that a far-side endpoint (110) includes a capability to switch from an initial video codec (132) to a secondary video codec during a call. During a call (130) with the far-side endpoint, the method includes determining that a performance of an encoder satisfies a codec switching threshold (222). The codec switching threshold indicates that the performance of the encoder justifies switching from the initial video codec mid-stream of the call. During a call with the far-side endpoint, the method also includes switching from the initial video codec initially negotiated to govern the call to the secondary video codec.

Abstract: Methods and systems relate to a method for providing concurrent sharing of screen elements by multiple users within a communication session. First, a system connects multiple participants of a communication session. The system receives, from a first participant, a request to initiate sharing of one or more screen elements from a user device associated with the first participant. In response to the request, the system captures and displays the one or more screen elements from the user device of the first participant to the communication interfaces of the other participants. The system then receives, from one or more additional participants of the communication session, additional requests to initiate sharing of one or more additional screen elements. In response, the system captures and displays the additional screen elements of the additional participants to the communication interfaces of the other participants, such that multiple screen elements from multiple users are displayed concurrently.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication of an apparatus, e.g., a UE. In one aspect, the apparatus determines (820) whether a connection of a video call is interrupted, the video call including a plurality of decoded frames. Abstract: Systems and methods for monitored usability testing are provided. A participant is identified, scheduled and their system is checked for suitability'. The participant is placed in a waiting room and asked to present their screen. A video thumbnail is displayed over the shared screen. The participant is presented with a unique link and added into the study session to complete a task. The task may include any of a navigation activity, a questionnaire, a click test, and a card sorting activity. A set of note takers and/or observers are present in the study, but their presence is not known to the participant. The only interaction the participant has is between the study prompts and questions, and with one or more moderators. The study moderator(s), observer(s) and not taker(s) are all able to communicate with one another over a private channel.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for sharing a content item from a secondary computing device to a primary computing device based on a tilt position. A sensor on the secondary computing device determines that the secondary computing device has a first tilt position that is associated with a non-sharing mode. The sensor senses that the secondary computing device is tilting from the first tilt position towards a second tilt position associated with a sharing mode. In response, the content item is shared with the primary computing device. An amount of the content item that is shared with the primary computing device may be increased while the sensor continues to sense that the secondary computing device is tilting from the first tilt position towards the second tilt position. When the secondary computing device has reached the second tilt position the entire content item may be shared with the primary computing device.
