摘要: Systems and methods are described implementing streaming analytics on a serverless compute system. A user can specify a data stream against which analytics should be conducted, serverless functions to be used to conduct the analysis, and criteria for the analytics, such as windowing criteria and aggregation criteria. The windowing criteria can specify windows of items within the stream that should be collectively analyzed. The aggregation criteria can specify how to group items within each window during analysis. A poller device can read data items from the stream, window and group the items according to the windowing and aggregation criteria, and invoke serverless functions to conduct streaming analytics on the data items. The poller device can further maintain state between invocations.

摘要: The subject technology provides for coordinating output of content during a multiuser communication session by initiating, by a server responsive to a request from a first participant device of a plurality of participant devices that are connected to a multiuser communication session, a media playback session for the multiuser communication session. A network identifier corresponding to the media playback session is generated at the server. The network identifier is transmitted by the server to remainder of participant devices connected to the multiuser communication session. Upon receiving an indication of a selection of the network identifier from at least a second participant device of the plurality of the participant devices at the server, the server causes media for the media playback session to be transmitted to the first participant device and the second participant device.

摘要: An example device for processing extended reality (XR) data includes a processors configured to: parse entry point data of an XR scene to extract information about one or more required virtual objects for the XR scene, the required virtual objects including a number of dynamic virtual objects equal to or greater than one, each of the dynamic virtual objects including at least one dynamic media component for which media data is to be retrieved; initialize a number of streaming sessions equal to or greater than the number of dynamic virtual objects using the entry point data; configure quality of service (QoS) and charging information for the streaming sessions; retrieve media data for the dynamic virtual objects via the streaming sessions; and send the retrieved media data to a rendering unit to render the XR scene to include the retrieved media data at corresponding locations within the XR scene.

摘要: Systems and methods for network bandwidth optimization, including transmitting sensor data from one or more sensors over a wireless network into a generated network slice, submitting a Quality-of-Service (QoS) request for one or more applications by specifying desired network slice characteristics, and predicting network bandwidth needed for granting the QoS request for the one or more applications using a cost function based on magnitude, direction, and frequency of error. Time-varying network bandwidth usage is continuously monitored, and new QoS requests for the one or more applications are periodically requested based on the monitoring. An updated prediction for updated bandwidth needed for the new QoS request is generated using the cost function, and network bandwidth reservations are iteratively adjusted based on the updated prediction for the new QoS request to provide an amount of network resources to the one or more applications to support the new QoS request.
