Abstract:
Устройство и способ для приведения паллет в прямое и транспортное положение относится к грузозахватным устройствам, а именно, к устройствам для перегрузочных работ. Задачей настоящего изобретения является создание устройства и способа, позволяющих исключить ручной труд при переворачивании паллет из прямого положения в транспортное, и наоборот. Поставленная задача решена в описываемом устройстве. Устройство для приведения паллет различных типов в прямое и транспортное положение на Фиг.1. состоит из корпуса (1) с силовыми приводами, блока управления (2), шарнирами (3), сочлененными рукоятями (4) с возможностью выдвижения и захватом (5) с зажимами (6) с установленными датчиками.

Feedback generation for a container load process includes digitizing a manual workflow into stages, assigning intermediate targets to each stage, monitoring the workflow, and generating notifications to exert feedback control over the workflow. Feedback generation can include: storing a set of load stage definitions defining sequential load stages of the load process, each stage definition including: an intermediate performance target, and a stage duration; responsive to arrival of a container at a load bay, receiving a task definition defining a performance target for the load process; retrieving the load stages in sequence and, for each stage: receiving sensor data depicting an interior of the container; determining, based on the sensor data, a performance measurement of the container load process, comparing the performance measurement to the intermediate performance target corresponding to the stage, and based on the comparison, generating an alert and/or status message for transmission to a client computing device.

A method and an associated robot for retrieval of a target article from an article stack are disclosed. The article stack comprising the target article and a first non-target article being positioned on top of the target article, the target article being arranged in the article stack with a lower target article face being at a first vertical stack position. The method comprises: identifying the target article; positioning a platform having a platform surface in a first vertical platform position wherein the platform surface is at the first vertical stack position or below the first vertical stack position; repositioning the target article and the first non-target article in a first horizontal direction onto the platform; and repositioning the first non-target article opposite the first horizontal direction off the platform.

A robotic carton unloader (100) for unloading a carton pile (106) resting on a floor (118) includes a mobile body (114) movable across the floor on more than one wheel. A conveyor system (110) mounted on the mobile body (114) conveys unloaded cartons thereon. A robotic arm assembly (102) has a manipulator head (136) attached to a front end of the upper arm assembly. The manipulator head (136) engages at least one carton at a time from a carton pile resting on a floor for movement to the conveyor system. A built-in jacking apparatus (166) is extendable from the mobile body (114) to a floor to raise the mobile body a distance sufficient to raise at least one of the more than one wheel (162) away from contacting the floor.

A gripping device is for taking hold of an article (100) and allowing to transport the article to a desired position, comprising a first clamping unit (1) and a second clamping unit (2). The gripping device further comprises a suction unit (3), wherein the first clamping unit (1) comprises a first clamping board (10) being capable of moving vertically; the second clamping unit (2) comprises a second clamping board (20) being capable of moving horizontally; and the suction unit (3) comprises at least one vacuum sucker (30) being capable of sucking the article (100) to approach the second clamping board (20), therefore making space for the first clamping board (10) to move down until facing the second clamping board (20). Compared with the existing prior arts, the proposed solution enables the gripper to de-palletize irregular corrugated paper reliably, precisely and quickly.

Máquina expendedora al por mayor, configurada a partir de una carcasa (2) que determina, al menos, un alojamiento (3) para producto (4) provisto de una puerta practicable (5) para su incorporación y acceso para su dispensación, estando dicho acceso asociado a un sistema de pago mediante dispositivo electrónico (6) con placa electrónica que controla los mecanismos y componentes eléctricos, donde el alojamiento o alojamientos (3) son aptos para recibir el producto (4) directamente incorporado en un palé (7); y porque cuenta con una báscula (8) dispuesta y conectada a la electrónica de la máquina de modo tal que controla el peso del producto (4) y lo asocia al sistema de pago, permitiendo la retirada variable de cantidad de producto (4).

A cup turret carousel (105) includes a gear drive track (110) around a periphery thereof, to be driven by a planetary drive gear (102) rather than being driven from the central axis and thereby reduce cost and achieve greater accuracy in aligning a cup turret with the cup funnel throat (103) for cup delivery. The drive gear (102) is maintained in a in a fixed position relative to a cup funnel throat (103) through which cups pass when dropped, so that the same drive assembly may be employed with cup turret carousels of different diameters.

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren der Warenbevorratung und -kommissionierung unter Einsatz von Paletten (10), auf denen gleichartige Waren (5) in mehreren horizontalen Lagen geschichtet sind, wobei jede Lage eine Mehrzahl der Waren (5) enthält. Die Palette (10) wird geleert, und die so entnommenen Waren werden auf mit Handhabungsstrukturen (22A, 22B) für ein Regalbediengerät versehene Tablare (20) umgeladen, wobei jedes Tablar mit nur einer Warenschicht beladen wird. Die so beladenen Tablare werden zu einem Lagerplatz (31) innerhalb eines Lagerbereichs (30) unter Aufschichten eines Warenstapels aus den beladenen Tablaren (20) transportiert.
