A door stopper (100) and a vehicle comprising the same are provided. The door stopper (100) comprises: a body mounting bracket (1), a door mounting bracket (2), a position-limiting arm (3) and a position-limiting assembly (4). The position-limiting arm (3) is rotatably connected to the body mounting bracket (1). The position-limiting assembly (4) is mounted on the door mounting bracket (2) and cooperated with the position-limiting arm (3) to retain the door mounting bracket (2) at a door retaining position. The position-limiting assembly (4) includes a gear (41), an elastic member (44), a roller (42) and a rotating arm (43).

Ein versenkbarer Stopper (1), beispielsweise ein Türstopper (1), weist ein um eine Drehachse (12) drehbar gelagertes Kippelement (10) auf, welches durch die Wirkung mindestens eines Auslösemagneten (19), der an einem bewegten Objekt (3) befestigt ist, von einer versenkten Position in eine Blockierposition bringbar ist und in dieser Blockierposition die Bewegung des bewegten Objektes (3) blockiert. Das Kippelement (10) weist einen vorderen Hebel (10a) auf, an welchem ein vorzugsweise elastisches Pufferelement (13) angeordnet ist. Das Pufferelement (13) ist in der Blockierposition dem bewegten Objekt (3) zugewandt. Ein Stopper-Magnet (19a) ist am Kippelement (10) angeordnet. Bei Annäherung des Auslösemagneten (19) in einem Näherungsbereich (2) vor dem Stopper (1) ist durch die Wirkung des Auslösemagneten (19) auf den Stopper-Magneten (19a) das Kippelement (10) aus der versenkten Position in die Blockierposition drehbar, bevor sich der Auslösemagnet (19) oberhalb des Kippelements (10) befindet.

A safety device for use with a door panel hinged to another door element such as another door or to a door frame or jamb for relative swinging motion of the door panel. The device has a block sized and configured to insert into a triangular space formed between a door panel and another door element to which the door panel is hinged when the door panel is in a non-closed position, but to resist traverse through a through-gap between the door panel and the other door element to which it is hinged. A keeper is connected to the block, the keeper having a first portion thereof being sized to fit through the through-gap, and a second portion adapted to resist traverse through the through-gap when in normal operation of the door after installation of the safety device. A first portion of the keeper is resilient, thus permitting a distance between the second portion of the keeper and the block to be varied without disconnecting the block from the keeper while providing a bias force to urge the block into the triangular space when the door is in a non-closed position. The first portion of the keeper is sized to permit a distance between the block and the second portion , of the keeper to be sufficient to permit the block to be completely out of the triangular space while still being connected to the second portion of the keeper.

A door assistant apparatus for retaining an opened door in a desired position, comprising a wedge-shaped portion, a foot pad portion and a vertically extending handle portion. The handle portion includes a grasping portion rotatably mounted to a vertical element of the handle portion. The grasping portion is operable between a first position substantially aligned with the wedge-shaped portion and the foot pad portion, and a second position wherein the grasping portion is substantially aligned with a surface of a door to which the door assistant has been applied.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Feststellvorrichtung zur lösbaren Arretierung eines Verstellteiles, insbesondere eines bezüglich einer Kraftfahrzeugstruktur verlagerbaren Kraftfahrzeugteiles, das mittels der Feststellvorrichtung innerhalb eines Verlagerungsbereiches in einer jeweiligen durch Verlagerung erreichten Ruhelage arretierbar ist, mit mindestens einem ersten Reibelement (1) der Feststellvorrichtung und mindestens einem zweiten Reibelement (2) der Feststellvorrichtung, das relativ zu dem ersten Reibelement (1) drehbar ist und von dem ersten Reibelement (1) im Querschnitt ringförmig umgriffen wird, wobei während einer durch Verlagerung des Verstellteiles ausgelösten Relativbewegung der beiden Reibelemente (1, 2) das zweite Reibelement (2) mit einer Reibfläche (20) unter Gleitreibungsbedingungen entlang einer Reibfläche (10) des ersten Reibelementes (1) gleiten kann und wobei in einer jeweiligen Ruhelage des Verstellteiles das zweite Reibelement (2) mit seiner Reibfläche (20) unter Haftreibungsbedingungen an der Reibfläche (10) des ersten Reibelementes (1) anliegt. Dabei ist eines der Reibelemente (1, 2) über mindestens zwei unterschiedliche Reibelementabschnitte (2a, 2b; 21, 22) mit dem jeweils anderen Reibelement (1) in Kontakt bringbar, die eine unterschiedliche Wärmeausdehnung aufweisen, so dass in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur des einen Reibelementes (2) innerhalb eines Betriebstemperaturbereiches der Feststellvorrichtung unterschiedliche Kombinationen der Reibelementabschnitte (2a, 2b; 21, 22) mit der Reibfläche (10) des anderen Reibelementes (1) in Kontakt stehen.

A friction pivot joint between an injection moulded plastics frame plate or sash plate (1) of a window stay, and an arm (2) of the window stay, has an integral plastics annular shoulder (3) projecting from the plastics frame plate or sash plate (1). There is an aperture (4) in the arm (2) whereby the arm (2) is located over the platic shoulder (3). The plastics shoulder (3) projects through the arm (2). The exterior of the annular plastics shoulder (3) forms a bearing surface for the arm (2). A fastener (6) fixes the joint and is preferably threaded into the plastic material of the interior of the plastic shoulder (3). Plastic material integral with the annular shoulder (3) extends from the top of the shoulder over the arm (2) to prevent direct contact between the head of the fastener (6) and the arm (2).

The invention relates to a roller mechanism (1) which is used in the sliding door vehicles and allows for moving the sliding door relative to the vehicle body; has the following; -at least one fixing bracket (10) which is fixed to the sliding door from one side thereof, -at least one body bracket (20) which can be contained integrally with said fixing bracket (10) or is engaged to the fixing bracket (10) as a separate part and helps to carry the door, -at least one roller bracket (30) which allows the sliding door to move in the slide (40) by engaging the same to said body bracket (20) rotatably with the axis pin (21).

Предлагаемая группа технических решений относится к области наземного строительства и может быть использована, в частности, при изготовлении мансардных окон, предназначенных для установки на скатных или плоских крышах зданий и сооружений как при строительстве новых жилых зданий современных архитектурных форм, так и при капитальном ремонте старых зданий и сооружений, в том числе, когда чердачные помещения реконструируются с целью увеличения жилой площади. Предлагаемые решения могут быть реализованы в виде отдельных окон или в виде комбинаций предлагаемых конструкций окна в одной раме с глухими и / или открывающимися частями.
