Die Erfindung betrifft einen Türhalter (1) mit einer Riegeleinheit (5) mit einem Riegel (6), einem Federelement (7) und einem Anschlagelement (8). Der Türhalter (1) ist in einer Bohrung (2) in einem Boden (3) verankerbar. Das Federelement (7) des Türhalters (1) ist als Druckfeder (22) ausgebildet und der Riegel (6) ist im Anschlagelement (8) auf Grund der Kraft des Federelements (7) axial bewegbar, bis ein Sperrelement (24) des Riegels (6) am Anschlagelement (8) anschlägt. Um einen Türhalter (1) zu erhalten, der auf einfache Weise zu montieren und zu demontieren ist, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass am Anschlagelement (8) eine seitliche Einführöffnung (23) vorhanden ist, derart, dass der Riegel (6) durch radiales Einführen in die Einführöffnung (23) mit dem Anschlagelement (8) verbindbar ist.

The closure is movable between an open position and a closed position. The stopper seat body is configured to absorb an impact from the movable closure when the movable closure moves toward the closed position. The closure stopper seat body can be used with a number of different closures including a door, a tailgate, a trunk lid, and the like.

A window to be mounted and a method for mounting a window in a flat roof structure, the window comprising a window sash (3) and a window frame (4). A bottom sash member (3a) is pivotallγ connected to a bottom frame member (4a) by means of a pivot hinge defining a pivot axis. Two compression springs (10, 11) connect said window sash (3) and said window frame (4) such as to provide a spring force on said window sash (3) towards an open position. Said compression springs (10, 11) connect a top sash member (3b) to a top frame member and are adapted to pivot in directions towards or away from each other during pivoting of said window sash in relation to said window frame between said open and a closed position of said win- dow. A set of parts for spring-loading a window sash in relation to a window frame, comprises a compression spring (10, 11) and two bearing members (12, 15). At least one of said bearing members (12,15) is provided with an oblong tray (15a), and at least one of the heads (18, 19) of said compression spring (10, 11) is formed as a ball-like, preferably hemispherical joint.

The Finger Safe Door Stop device is disclosed. The device is a rubber compound or similar flexible a material with a lip (3) at each end and diagonally opposite. A centre cavity (2) and each end (4). When each end (4) is pressed between the door jamb door stop and the hinge area of a door one lip (3) is located behind the door and the diagonal opposite lip (3) is clearly visible. This device can be used to keep open any door that opens at 90 degrees to a wall preventing the door from slamming shut either accidentally or deliberately.
