A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising configuration parameters. The configuration parameters indicate, for a configured uplink grant, a power control parameter set. A transport block of the configured uplink grant is transmitted with a transmission power. In response to an activation command being able to update pathloss reference signals of an uplink channel, the transmission power is determined based on a pathloss reference signal mapped to the power control parameter set.
