摘要: A rubber composition suitable for tire treads having well-balanced excellent steering stability in cornering, wet skid characteristic, ice skid characteristic and rolling characteristic, and an excellent processability, which comprises a rubber component containing a block copolymer consisting essentially of a block A and a block B, obtained by conducting polymerization of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of an organolithium initiator and modifying with a coupling agent, and satisfying the following conditions (A) to (E);
(A) the block A having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound of 5 to 20 % by weight and a content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of 25 to 55 % by weight, (B) the block B having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound of 35 to 60 % by weight and a content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of 20 to 70 % by weight, (C) the content of the block A in the block copolymer being from 20 to 80 % by weight, (D) the average content of the aromatic vinyl compound in the block copolymer being from 20 to 40 % by weight and the average content of 1,2-bonds in the conjugated diene component of the block copolymer being from 20 to 60 % by weight, and (E) at least 40 % by weight of the polymer chains of the block copolymer being a branched polymer formed by modification with a trifunctional or tetrafunctional coupling agent.-

摘要: An adhesive composition comprising a modified, ethylene/ a-olefin copolymer rubber or a modified, ethylene/a-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber containing 0.1 - 100/o by weight of at least one member selected from the group consisting of an acid anhydride and a dicarboxylic acid, and, if necessary, as an amine compound,
(i) 0.2 - 2 moles of a dialkylamine per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber when said modified copolymer rubber contains no dicarboxylic acid; (ii) 0.2 - 2 moles of a polyamine compound per mole of the total amount of the acid anhydride and the dicarboxylic acid in said modified copolymer rubber; or (iii) 0.2 - 2 moles of a dialkylamine per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber and 0.2 - 2 moles of a polyamine compound per mole of the acid anhydride in said modified copolymer rubber when said modified copolymer rubber contains no dicarboxylic acid. (A) 40-99% by weight of a polyolefin resin having a melt flow rate of 0.05-60 g/10 min and (B) 60-1% by weight of a solid rubber having a number-average molecular weight of 10,000-200,000, (C) 0.1-5 parts by weight of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids, the derivatives thereof and unsaturated epoxy compounds, (D) 0.1-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated aromatic compound and (E) 0.01-2 parts by weight of a free-radical initiator,
the molar ratio of (C)/(D) ranging from 1/0.1 inclusive to 1/1 exclusive. According to the present invention, there is provided a modified polyolefin resin having the following merits:
(1) The amount of bound unsaturated carboxylic acid, a derivative thereof or unsaturated epoxy compound is high. (2) The change of the melt flow rate during the modification is small. (3) The physical properties are of high grade. (4) The coating affinity with urethane coatings and resistance to falling off of the coating layer are excellent. The modified polyolefin resin of the present invention can be used for adhesives, covering materials, binders, laminate bonding agent and polymer alloy constituents.-

95-5% by weight of a polyamide resin;
(B) 5 - 50 parts by weight of a saturated rubber obtainable by grafting 5 - 100 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound onto 100 parts by weight of a saturated rubber and allowing 0.05 - 10 parts by weight of a compatibilising agent to react with said rubber, the grafting degree of said aromatic vinyl compound being 50% by weight or more; and

摘要: The polypropylene composition of the present invention comprises:
a blend of a resin composition composed of a specific polypropylene type resin (C) and at least one saturated polyester resin (D),
an epoxy group containing copolymer (E) and
at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of an ethylenic copolymer rubber (F), a modified ethylenic copolymer rubber (G) obtained by graft copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof onto an ethylenic copolymer rubber and a modified ethylenic copolymer rubber (H) obtained by graft copolymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivative thereof .and an unsaturated aromatic monomer onto an ethylenic copolymer rubber, and a basic compound (I) optionally added as a reaction accelerator.
The polypropylene composition according to the present invention is not only good in molding processability but also markedly effective in that it can give molded products superior in physical properties to those obtained from individual polymers constituting the thermoplastic resin composition.
The novel polypropylene composition provided by the present invention can easily be processed into a molded product, a film, a sheet or the like by a molding method usually used for molding thermoplastic resins, for example, injection molding, extrusion molding or the like, giving a product which has a very good balance of stiffness, heat resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, coating properties, oil resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, etc., and is ecellent in appearance uniformity and smoothness.
