    摘要: An adhesive composition comprises by weight:

    (A) 2 to 98% of an ethylene copolymer comprising from 50 to 90% of ethylene, up to 49% by weight of an alkyl ester of a C3 to 8 α,ß-unsaturated carboxylic acid and from 0.5 to 10% of maleic anhydride;
    (B) 2 to 98% of a crystalline polyethylene resin comprising (i) an ethylene homopolymer or (ii) a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 or more carbon atoms, the ethylene content being 90% by weight or more; and
    (C) 2 to 50%, of a non-crystalline or low crystalline olefin copolymer rubber comprising a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 or more C atoms, e.g. propylene, and optionally up to 3% of a non-conjugated diene ;
       the sum of the monomers in (A) and of components (A), (B) and (C) being each 100%.

    (B) and (C) are respectively of high and low rigidity of flexural rigidity modulus respectively 1500 kg/cm² or more and below 1500 kg/cm².
    The composition has good adhesion to polar materials, e.g. to copolymers of ethylene and PVA.

The modified polyolefin resin of the present invention can be used for adhesives, covering materials, binders, laminate bonding agent and polymer alloy consti­tuents.

    摘要: An adhesive resin composition is described, comprising: (A) a thermoplastic copolyester resin prepared from (1) a dicarboxylic acid component comprising from 40 to 100 mol % of terephthalic acid and from 0 to 60 mol % of other aromatic dicarboxylic acid and (2) a low molecular weight glycol component comprising from 40 to 100 mol % of 1,4-butanediol and from 0 to 60 mol % of diethylene glycol or 1,6-hexanediol and further from 0 to 10 mol %, based on the total carboxylic acid, of polytetramethylene glycol having a molecular weight of from 600 to 6,000, which has a melting point of from 90 DEG to 160 DEG C. and a reduced viscosity of at least 0.5; and (B) an ethylene copolymer having at least one functional group selected from an epoxy group, a carboxylic acid group, and a dicarboxylic anhydride gruop; and if desired, (C) a thermoplastic resin other than the resin (A), and if further desired, (D) a polyfunctional epoxy compound. This composition exhibits excellent adhesion to synthetic resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyesters, and polyolefins and also to metals such as aluminum and has excellent adhesive durability against moisture.

    摘要: An adhesive resin composition is obtained by mixing at least one member (C) selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and the derivatives thereof, a free-radical initiator (D), and a mixture consisting of a crystalline polyolefin resin (A) and an amorphous or low crystalline olefin copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin (B), to obtain a precursor mixture, melt-kneading the precursor mixture in the first half of an extruder having at least one side feeder, to obtain a modified precursor mixture, and feeding a crystalline polyolefin resin (E) from the side feeder of the extruder and mixing the resin (E) with the modified precursor mixture.
    The adhesive resin composition has good extrudability and exhibits high adhesive property to polar materials such as polar polymeric materials and the like.

    the molar ratio of (C)/(D) ranging from 1/0.1 inclusive to 1/1 exclusive. According to the present invention, there is provided a modified polyolefin resin having the follow­ing merits:
    (1) The amount of bound unsaturated carboxylic acid, a derivative thereof or unsaturated epoxy compound is high. (2) The change of the melt flow rate during the modification is small. (3) The physical properties are of high grade. (4) The coating affinity with urethane coatings and resistance to falling off of the coating layer are excellent. The modified polyolefin resin of the present invention can be used for adhesives, covering materials, binders, laminate bonding agent and polymer alloy constituents.

    The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention has high heat resistance and high impact resistance. in particular, high low-temperatuer impact resistance and is advantgeously used in automobilde parts, electric and electronic parts, etc.
