A fuel-air mixture is introduced into a combustion chamber when the crank angle is in the start-up intake range, and the fuel-air mixture in the combustion chamber is compressed when the crank angle is in the normal intake range. After that, when the crank angle is in the start-up ignition range, the fuel-air mixture in the combustion chamber is ignited and then combusted.
