There is provided a method for recycling synthetic wood materials, transformed into materials through a relatively simple method without performing elimination of encrusted concrete from a previously used sheathing board for use in a concrete form having synthetic wood materials as raw materials. The method consists of a step wherein a sheathing board 1 (1a) which had been previously used as a concrete form 50 and formed from synthetic wood materials with a moisture content of less than 15 wt %, wherein between 20 and 75 wt % of cellulose crushed materials, such as wood meal with particle diameters of between 50 and 200 µm, and between 25 and 80 wt % of thermoplastic resin molding materials, are mixed, is crushed into numerous coated particles 82, and a step wherein a scraping impact force is applied to each individual coated particle 82, concrete and other encrusted materials encrusted on the previously mentioned coated particles 82 are peeled or separated, and at the same time as the synthetic wood materials constituting the coated particles 82 and the encrusted materials are classified, the particles of the synthetic wood materials are granulated, and the granulated synthetic wood meal materials 83 for which the particles have been granulated are recycled.

The invention concerns a method for separating all categories of polymer materials derived from waste characterised by successive steps and phases, implemented in the following order: sequentially, a grinding step is followed by a cylindrical drum form factor mechanical separation step, which is followed by a first density separation step in parallel steps, followed by energetic cleaning of the polymer materials and ending with a second density separation step in parallel steps. Said polymer materials can, if required, be extruded. The method enables to obtain different categories of polymer materials, and in particular PE, PP, PS, ABS, PP filled at 20 to 40% with PA, PMMA, Xenoy(TM), PVC.

When thermoplastic is recycled by a general recycling process alone, only a low-quality recycled plastic material having physical property values lower than a virgin material can be obtained. A recycled plastic material of this invention is made from laser-engraved thermoplastic, metal-containing thermoplastic, thermoplastic used in an inkjet apparatus, or thermoplastic to which an ink or its composition have stuck. This recycled plastic material is manufactured by pulverizing any of these thermoplastics, cleaning the pulverized thermoplastic, removing a cleaning solution from the cleaned thermoplastic to dry it, and removing from the dried thermoplastic solid matter other than the thermoplastic.

In this process for reducing so far unused residues from tailings, soiled plastics from 'yellow waste', strainings from sewage plants, rubbish from dumps and sand residues to obtain and recycle secondary raw materials, said wastes are subjected to a repeated cycle of wet and dry sieving, separation, sorting and classification. The clean secondary raw materials obtained are preferably conditioned in stages in an aerobic environment and, except for difficult materials, taken directly to biological, material or raw material processing plants. Conditioning the secondary raw materials also permits long intermediate storage owing to the slight degree of rotting and stink. The low investment costs make it possible to set up small plants for regional waste economies while still offering economic advantages over competing technologies. The system can be operated without subsequent deposition or mass incineration for the residue processing involving about a sixth of the partial mass flow rate of mixed plastics, composites and other materials. Residues can be made into building materials. Fine strainings are not given any prior dry mechanical treatment.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zum Aufbereiten von Abfallprodukten auf Basis von Kunststoffen, Kunststoffverbundmaterialien und/oder Spuckstoffen zwecks Wiedergewinnung von wiederverwertbarem und verarbeitbarem Kunststoff, bei dem die gereinigten Abfallprodukte zu einem groben Rohmahlgut vorzerkleinert werden und das Rohmahlgut zu einem schüttfähigen Abfallgut in einer Prallwirbelmühle mit Mahlluft feinstzerkleinert und getrocknet wird, und die Mahlluft zusammen mit den Verdampfungsprodukten und dem feinstzerkleinerten Abfallgut aus dem Mahlraum in einen Stauraum unter Druckerhöhung überführt wird und das feinstzerkleinerte Abfallgut in dem Stauraum unter Einwirkung der Schwerkraft nach unten fällt und ausgetragen wird und Mahlluft einschließlich der Verdampfungsprodukte aus dem Stauraum nach oben abgeführt werden und ein Abtrennen von Zellulose- und Leichtstoffteilchen nach der Feinstzerkleinerung der Abfallprodukte in trockener Form erfolgt.

A method of reclaiming rubber from vehicle tyres that enables the high grade rubber in the tread portion of the tyre to be collected separate from the lower grade rubber in the sidewalls and other areas of the tyre. The method comprising separating the complete tread portion from the remainder of the tyre and then removing from that tread portion the high grade tread rubber. Thereafter the remainder of the tread portion and the sidewall and bead portion of the tyre are each treated to separate the rubber from metallic and fabric reinforcement materials therein. The high quality tread rubber and lower grade other rubber are both removed in a particulate form.

The invention relates to a process and a plant for processing mixed plastics, especially such from domestic refuse. In the process of the invention, the material to be prepared is milled in a milling stage and compounded in an agglomerator in which volatile components are removed by an extractor device, and the compounded material is dried in a drying section. The finely divided proportion of the agglomerated plastic, in particular, is sieved off to reduce unwanted materials like paper and ash. The drying process of the invention makes it possible to produce a high-quality plastic compound without power-consuming wet process stages which is suitable for further industrial processing.
