摘要: A non-woven fabric comprising bicomponent fibers. The non-woven fabric has a core containing polylactic acid (PLA-1), coated with an envelope containing polylactic acid (PLA-2). The fibers are characterised in that PLA-1 is a copolymer of lactic acid monomers L1 and lactic acid monomers D1, and PLA-2 is a copolymer of lactic acid monomers L2 and lactic acid D2, whose D2 monomers rate is greater than the monomers rate D1 of PLA-1. The core further contains a polymeric plasticizer. The non-woven fabric may be used for making coffee filters and/or capsules via a thermoforming process for use in a percolating apparatus.

摘要: Modified fiber and a preparation method therefor. By means of a physical method, uniform dispersion of graphite particles in a polyester base material and a polyamide base material is realized, the technology is simple, a dispersing agent is not needed, and industrial production is easy. By introducing graphene into hollow cotton or polyamide fiber, and particularly introducing biomass graphene into the hollow cotton or polyamide fiber, modified hollow cotton or polyamide fiber is enabled to have a low-temperature far infrared function, the far infrared normal emittance thereof being not less than 0.85; the antibacterial performance is greater than 90%; and the heat preservation performance and the air permeability are both remarkable, and when the content of the biomass graphene is 1.4%, the heat preservation rate is equal to that of white duck down and is about 90%, but the air permeability is about 240 mm/s and is far higher than that of the duck down.

摘要: A scrim or web material is provided made from polymer containing functional additives, and other additives, where the scrim may be used as a substrate for nonwoven fabric or other laminated engineered materials. The base web material forming the scrim may have properties imparted by the various functional additives that are incorporated into the polymer prior to web formation, and may be manufactured by any of several means commercially known such as injection molding, extrusion, weaving extruded filaments, or thermally bonding laid scrim, or by methods currently unknown. Properties imparted to the scrim materials may include electromagnetic spectral detectability, thereby making the scrim suitable for usage in a variety of fields including food production, medical, and pharmaceutical production environments.

摘要: To provide a polyester composite fiber having a heat-shielding property due to high reflectance in an infrared wavelength range (800 to 3000 nm) easy to be changed into thermal energy, and having color development property comparable to that of conventional polyester fibers. The composite fiber is a core-sheath type composite fiber including a core component and a sheath component of 10: 90 to 30: 70 (mass ratio). The core component includes a thermoplastic polymer including a sunlight shielding material having an average particle size of 0.5 µm or smaller in 8-70 wt%. The sheath component includes a polyester-type polymer including heat-shielding fine particles in 0.5-10 wt%, the heat-shielding fine particles capable of maintaining color development property and having an average particle size of 0.1 µm or smaller which is smaller than that of the sunlight shielding material.
