Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin Verfahren zum Herstellen von Suspensionen von anorganischen Partikeln eines piezoelektrisch und pyroelektrisch aktiven bzw. aktivierbaren Oxids in derartigen Fluorpolymer-Lösungen sowie die Produkte dieser Verfahren.
