The present invention belongs to the field of ultrasound therapy. A swinging high intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus of the present invention comprises an ultrasound transducer and its moving positioning mechanism, wherein said moving positioning mechanism use a swinging mechanism which is connected to the ultrasound transducer through a supporting lever. A MRI guided therapeutic system of the present invention comprises such a therapeutic apparatus. With the present invention, the ultrasound transducer can move flexibly, and since the moving positioning mechanism uses a swinging mechanism, the interference generated by the therapeutic system on the MRI apparatus is very small and the quality of ultrasound image obtained thus is good.

This electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer includes a support (8), an elastic board (6) disposed on the support (8), a magnetizer (7) on the elastic board (6), and a magnet field generator (1) for vibrating the magnetizer (7), wherein, the thickness of the magnetizer (7) is of the order of microns. The thickness of the elastic board (6) is also of the order of microns. This electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer is able to produce acoustic waves of high frequency, which are useful for ultrasonic therapy.

The present invention provides a MRI-guided ultrasound therapeutic unit, includes a static field magnet adapted to apply a static magnetic field in a magnetic resonance volume within a predetermined zone; at least one ultrasound energy applicator adapted to apply energy to a predetermined energy applying zone; and a moving and positioning device of the ultrasound energy applicator adapted to make the energy applying zone intersect with the magnetic resonance volume at the therapeutic targeted region. In the unit, the static field magnet is two-end-open and side-face-open, the side face opening is open upwards or downwards, and the moving and positioning device of the ultrasound energy applicator is near and outside of the side face opening. According to the invention, the space limitation of the moving and positioning device of the ultrasound energy applicator is deceased, at the same time, the non-magnetic demand of the moving and positioning device of the ultrasound energy exchanger is deceased largely, it especially resolves the problem that magnetic field generated by the working current of the energy exchanger power line disturbs the MRI system.

The ultrasonic therapeutic means includes an ultrasonic therapeutic applicator (5) that comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a box (3) which contains the ultrasonic therapeutic applicator (5) and the couplant liquid, a moving unit (1) which drills through the wall of the box and connects the ultrasonic therapeutic applicator (5), and compensating units (2, 6) which set on the box (3) and holds the level of the liquid when the moving unit (1) drives the ultrasonic therapeutic applicator (5) to move. The compensating units (2, 6) are set on both sides of the box and incorporate with the box, and the moving unit (1) drills through both of the compensating units (2, 6). An ultrasonic therapeutic system including said ultrasonic therapeutic means and guided by an image device is provided. The ultrasonic therapeutic system of the present invention eliminates the phenomena of the level changing of the couplant liquid caused by the moving of the ultrasonic therapeutic applicator driven by the moving unit in the prior art, keeps the stabilization of the liquid level in the box, consequently decreases the interference to imaging results of an imaging device due to the level changing of the couplant liquid, and improves the diagnostic accuracy of the imaging device.
