摘要: The present invention refers to a method for obtaining a cell culture supernatant or a fraction thereof comprising a specific tumor antigen peptide repertoire comprising the steps of: a) exposing in suitable conditions a tumor cell culture expressing said specific tumor antigen peptide repertoire to at least one Pattern Recognition Receptor (PRR) agonist and/or to one inflammatory cytokine to increase the opening of connexin–hemichannels (CxH); b) collecting the cell culture supernatant; and c) optionally obtaining a fraction of said supernatant, wherein said supernatant comprises MHC class I and MHC class II peptides and non-classical MHC molecules (HLA-E).

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically treating excrement which can supply warm washing water from the initial cleansing operation in a bidet and a control method thereof. The apparatus for automatically treating the excrement according to the present invention comprises: a mounting unit (1) for receiving excrement of a patient; a control unit (2) having a washing water supply part (50) for supplying the washing water for washing the excrement and the bidet to the mounting unit (1); and a washing water supply path which is connected from the washing water supply part (50) to the mounting unit (1). The washing water supply part (50) comprises: a washing water storage tank (51) in which the washing water is stored; a pump (52) which is operated in a forward direction to supply the washing water of the washing water storage tank (51) to the mounting unit (1) or which is operated in a reverse direction to collect the residual washing water in the washing water supply path to the washing water storage tank (51); an instantaneous water heater (53) provided on the washing water supply path to heat the washing water to be supplied to the mounting unit (1); and a control portion which controls the operations of the pump (52) to be operated in the forward direction or the reverse direction, the control portion instantly controlling the operation of the pump (52) to be operated in the forward direction when excrement is sensed in the mounting unit (1), and the control portion controlling the operation for collecting the residual washing water within the washing water supply path before the instantaneous water heater (53) by operating the pump in the reverse direction during a preset period after the operation for processing the excrement is finished.
