    摘要: To process a plurality of sensor devices, such as humidity sensors or gas sensors, the sensor devices are run through a testing station (10) and a turret handler (1). In order to increase throughput of the testing station (10), several test cycles are operated simultaneously in phase-shifted manner.     摘要: A system for storing ammonia comprises a combined gas and flow detector (4) that is able to measure a flow of ammonia as well as to detect gases other than ammonia. The system further comprises thermally activatable ammonia stores (1), which can be activated to release ammonia upon heating. When the ammonia stores (1) are not heated, the system is below ambient pressure and any leak will cause foreign gas to enter the system. Im ersten Abschnitt (2a) dominieren turbulente Strömungseffekte, während im zweiten Abschnitt (2b) laminare Strömungsverhältnisse herrschen. Durch ausreichend starke turbulente Effekte im Nebenkanal (3) kann erreicht werden, dass das Teilungsverhältnis der Flüsse in Haupt- und Nebenkanal nahezu unabhängig von den Fluideigenschaften und unabhängig von der Durchflussmenge wird. Dank der Verwendung zweier paralleler Unterkanäle können im zweiten Abschnitt hohe Flussraten und somit starke turbulente Effekte erzielt werden, ohne dass der Messbereich des Sensors überschritten wird.
