Die Membran (2) ist mit einem Druckwandler (4) vorzugsweise in Form einer Widerstandsbrückenschaltung versehen. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren läßt sich der Drucksensorkörper in einem einzigen Verfahrensschritt formen.

Es wird eine achatartige Platte aus keramischem Material für Gemmen und Kameen vorgeschlagen. Die weiße Schicht und die farbige Schicht sollen im Vorzustand der keramischen Ausgangsmasssen getrennt erzeugt werden durch Trockenpressen einer Platte ohne Farbkörper und einer Platte mit Farbkörper; dann sollen die beiden Platten zusammengepreßt werden. Die so zusammengesetzte Platte wird gebrannt.

A method of preparing ceramic monolithic structures with an internal cavity and passageways is described. A thin sheet of a ceramic material is formed by spreading the material on a glass plate with a doctor blade. Individual sheets of the material are cut or punched to form predetermined holes (24), channels (23) or various shapes therein. These individual sheets (20, 21, 22) are then stacked to form a layered structure (10). A supporting media such as paraffin wax is injected into the holes and channels to completely fill them with the media. The layered structure (10) is then pressed by unipressing and/or isostatic pressing followed by a prefiring step to remove the supporting media. Once the supporting media had been completely removed, the layered structure is then sintered to form a monolithic structure containing precise predetermined internal cavity and passageways.

The blocks can comprise hemp hurd and fibers, flax fiber, hydraulic lime and hydrated lime. In one aspect, the blocks may comprise a body shape configured so as to allow it to interlock with other blocks in the construction of a structure. Methods for manufacturing the blocks and structures comprising such materials and methods for building such structures are also disclosed.

The manufacturing method of the honeycomb structure has a forming step of forming a forming raw material into a plurality of quadrangular prismatic honeycomb formed bodies each having partition walls defining a plurality of cells which become through channels for a fluid and extend from one end face to the other end face, a firing step of firing the plurality of honeycomb formed bodies to form a plurality of quadrangular prismatic honeycomb fired bodies, a sheet-like bonding material attaching step of attaching sheet-like bonding materials to at least part of side surfaces of at least part of the plurality of honeycomb fired bodies, a honeycomb block body preparing step of preparing a honeycomb block body in which the plurality of honeycomb fired bodies are stacked, by assembling the plurality of quadrangular prismatic honeycomb fired bodies while bonding the side surfaces thereof to one another by the bonding materials, and a grinding step of grinding a circumferential portion of the honeycomb block body to obtain the honeycomb structure.
