The fill port is adapted for receiving a reactive mixture of the viscoelastic material to fill the specimen cavity, wherein the support member holder is adapted for securing a support member having a surface that seals the open end of the specimen cavity.

The formulation is injected into the cavity and the pressure in the cavity is subjected to reduced atmospheric pressure to achieve the rigid foam having a thermal conductivity of less than about 19 mW/mK at 10°C average plate temperature.

The invention relates to a method for producing a housing cover (1, 1`) for an internal combustion engine, especially cylinder head covers or oil pans, for detachable connection to the engine block (4`), especially by means of screws (2), comprising an elastomer seal (5, 2`) which contains a carrier frame (6, 3`) and which is used for sealing in a liquid-tight manner in relation to a surface of the cylinder head (3). The seal (5, 2`) is attached to the housing cover (1, l') in a non-detachable manner; the carrier frame (6, 3`) and the housing cover (1, l') are inserted into the injection moulding die and subsequently, the elastomer material (5, 2`) is injected into the die, whereupon a non-detachable connection (4) is produced between the carrier element (6, 3`) and the housing cover by means of vulcanisation.

The invention is to provide an insert molding method of a receptacle connector which can keep a distance between terminals constant and can easily manufacture, even in the receptacle connector having three or more rows of terminal groups. In Fig. 3(a), terminal groups (2) positioned at both ends are engaged with a pair of metal mold main bodies (4), and a terminal group (2) arranged in a center is gripped by rear cores (6). In Fig. 3(b), a front core (5a) arranged in a right side of curved portions (2b) is moved forward to a lower portion while deflecting the curved portions (2b). In Fig. 3(c), the curved portions (2b) are received in a second receiving portion (10a). In Fig. 3(d), a front core (5b) arranged in a left side is moved forward toward the curved portion (2b), and the curved portion (2b) are received in a second receiving portion (10b) as shown in Fig. 3(e). In Fig. 3(e), the metal mold main bodies (4) are moved close to each other from both sides, and a cavity (7) is formed by the metal mold main bodies (4), the front cores (5) and the rear cores (6).
