    摘要: A prefabricated multi-layer roofing panel is utilized in a roofing system for low-slope roofs. The prefabricated roofing panel includes: an insulation layer that may have a self-adhering means on its bottom major surface for securing the roofing panel to a roofing substrate; a cover board that overlies and is bonded to the insulation layer, and a waterproofing membrane that overlies and is bonded to the cover board. The waterproofing membrane may have waterproofing membrane overlaps for overlapping and being bonded to the waterproofing membranes of other roofing panels in the formation of a roofing system. Preferably, the insulation layer includes interlocking structure for interlocking the prefabricated multi-layer roofing panels together in the roofing system.

At least an uppermost row of the annular extending rows of fiberizing holes (30) is interrupted by a plurality of spaced apart generally vertically extending holeless retaining bands (144) for maintaining the upper annular reinforcing flange (26) connected to the annular peripheral sidewall (24) when the annular peripheral sidewall (24) cracks along one of the annular extending rows of fiberizing holes (30) due to the hole wear and enlargement that occurs during service.

    摘要: A fibrous nonwoven mat particularly suited for coating to form a facer mat is disclosed along with laminates containing the mat and the method of making the mat. The fiber in the mat can be glass fibers or synthetic polymer fibers or mixtures thereof and comprise two lengths of fibers in the range of about 0.12 to about 0.8 inches long and the fibers are bound together with a resin binder. The mats of the present invention have fewer "stand up" fibers than prior art mats made using 9-14 micron fiber.
