Le procédé de pose des barres pour corps renforcé utilise un support de pose qui regroupe plusieurs barres à leur pose et que l'on enlève lorsque les barres sont mises en place dans l'armature du corps. L'élément profilé cintré renforcé de plusieurs barres comporte une pièce support comportant plusieurs gorges parallèles dans lequelles sont placées des barres cintrées résistantes aux efforts de traction et dotées entre elles d'une certaine mobilité relative. Lorsque les barres sont produites dans un moule à plusieurs gorges celui-ci peut servir de pièce-support ou de support de pose. L'invention s'applique notamment aux conduites flexibles utilisées dans l'industrie pétrolière.

For instance, an elongate hollow body formed (e.g., extruded) from a single material may be spirally wound to form an elongate tube. The invention relates to a method for producing a composite body and to a composite body produced using the method. The composite body (10) is formed as a pressurised pipe or a pressurised container, wherein the composite body is composed of a main body (13) made of steel and a layer (14) made of a composite fibre material (15), which surrounds the outside of the main body at least in some sections. In order to form the composite fibre material, a fibre material is wound around the main body, wherein the fibre material is impregnated with a resin before or after winding. The wound and impregnated fibre material is heated in order to form the composite fibre material. The method is carried out in situ on an installed pressurised pipe or pressurised container, wherein the wound and impregnated fibre material is heated at up to 700°C.

A thin-walled, flexible and collapse-resistant thermo-plastic tubing has a substantially smooth bore and a helical outer support bead structure. The tubing includes at least one conductor helically disposed within the support bead structure. The tubing comprises a flexible tubing wall formed of a thermoplastic ribbon, the ribbon while molten being helically wrapped repeatedly on itself to overlap a certain amount forming a helical lap joint where successive wraps of the ribbon heat-bond integrally to one another so that an elongate tubular body is formed. The tubing comprises a plateau portion on the flexible tubing wall and defining at least one elongate groove, which converges in a radially outward direction to open radially on the plateau portion. At least one elongate conductor is disposed in one or more grooves of the at least one elongate groove and helically around and along the elongate tubular body. An elongate thermoplastic support bead is disposed helically around and along the elongate tubular body on the plateau portion, the support bead and the plateau portion cooperatively forming the bead structure.

At least one conductor (4,5) is positioned adjacent to the centreline of and parallel with a thin polymer ribbon. The ribbon is folded in half to encapsulate the conductors. The folded ribbon is thermally welded to itself. The folded, welded, ribbon is passed through a creaser, which forms a crease midway across the folded ribbon. The creased pre-formed ribbon is formed into a conduit in a continuous process on a spiral pipeline former (24).
