摘要: A substrate for a display device and a display device including the same are disclosed. The substrate includes a first thin-film transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer, a second thin-film transistor spaced apart from the first thin-film transistor and including a polycrystalline semiconductor layer, and a storage capacitor including at least two storage electrodes. One of the at least two storage electrodes is located in the same plane and is formed of the same material as gate electrodes of the first thin-film transistor and the second thin-film transistor, and another one of the at least two storage electrodes is located in the same plane and is formed of the same material as source and drain electrodes of the first thin-film transistor and the second thin-film transistor. Accordingly, lower power consumption and a larger area of the substrate are realized.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels (PX), each of which includes an organic light-emitting device (OLED) including a pixel electrode (310), an organic emission layer (320), and an opposing electrode (330); a pixel defining layer (150) covering an edge of the pixel electrode (310) and being configured to define a light-emission region by having an opening (150h) which exposes a portion of the pixel electrode (310); and a reference line (26) overlapping the pixel electrode (310) with an insulating layer (140) between the reference line (26) and the pixel electrode (310) and extending in a first direction. The reference line (26) overlaps with a center point (CP) of the opening (150h), and the opening (150h) is shifted to one side of the pixel electrode (310) in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, so that a first distance (L1) between respective edge points of the pixel electrode (310) and the opening (150h) that meet a virtual reference line (VL) on the left side of the center point (CP), is different from a second distance (L2) between respective edge points of the pixel electrode (310) and the opening (150h) that meet the virtual reference line (VL) on the right side of the center point (CP), wherein the virtual reference line (VL) extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an array substrate, its manufacturing method, and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes a monocrystalline silicon layer and an array circuit layer. The array circuit layer is disposed over the monocrystalline silicon layer. The array circuit layer comprises a scan drive circuit, a data drive circuit, and a plurality of pixel circuits. The scan drive circuit and the data drive circuit are configured to respectively control a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of data lines to in turn drive a plurality of pixels. Each of the plurality of pixel circuits is configured to drive one of the plurality of pixels to emit light under control of at least one of the plurality of scan lines and at least one of the plurality of data lines; and the scan drive circuit, the data drive circuit, and the plurality of pixel circuits comprise a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs), each having an active region disposed in the monocrystalline silicon layer.

The array substrate (20) comprises a subpixel unit (200), and the subpixel unit (200) comprises: a first transparent common electrode (290); a pixel electrode (260) disposed over and insulated from the first transparent common electrode (290), wherein an orthographic projection of the first transparent common electrode (290) on a surface where the pixel electrode (260) is located has an overlapping portion with the pixel electrode (260); and a second transparent common electrode (280) disposed over and insulated from the pixel electrode (260). The array substrate (20) can provide a larger storage capacitance without compromising an aperture ratio of the subpixel unit (200).
