    摘要: A personal, miniaturized, multipurpose test kit (10) for performing a plurality of chemical tests and procedures, which include interchangeable multifunctional connecting elements (12) adapted for arrangement of multiple test configurations including a portable container, at least one component body element (20) for providing a reactor reservoir, at least one access cap (22), a coupling device (24) for coupling multiple components, fasteners typically pop in-pop out fastening devices all constructed of impact proof, damage resistant material, adapted to perform experiments using small amounts of solvents and samples while preserving the accuracy precision and manual control, wherein a plurality of test modules may be rapidly selectively set up to conduct a plurality of procedures and tests including pressure-volume, titration, precipitation, density, electro-chemistry (galvanic or voltaic), chromatography, viscosity, diffusion wherein liquid or gas, molecular weights, melting points, boiling points, thermodynamics, solid gas and/or liquid reactions in static or flowing streams. Further including the method for connecting the elements (12) of the test kit (10) to provide for arrangement of multiple test configurations. Included in the test kit (10) is a solvent dispenser (16), a minitrator dispensing element (150) with a pop-in pop-out fastening technology, and array of components employing unique o-ring seat and seal apparatus, employed in cooperation with reactor caps (22, 26, 47, 48, 50, 51) and tube joints (24, 34, 36, 40, 45, 46).

    摘要: A preferred modular microplasma microchannel reactor device includes a microchannel array arranged with respect to electrodes for generation of plasma and isolated by dielectric from the electrodes. A cover covers a central portion of the microchannel array, while leaving end portions of the microchannel array exposed. A gas inlet and product outlet are arranged to permit flow into, through and out of the microchannel array. Reactor modules of the invention include pluralities of the modular reactor devices. The reactors devices can be arranged by a housing or a frame to be in fluid communication. A system of the invention arranges pluralities of modules. Preferred module housings, frames and reactors include structural features to create alignments and connections. Preferred modules include fans to circulate feedstock and reaction product. Other reactor devices provide plasma actuation for flow.
