A vinyl chloride plastisol composition contains a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer as main ingredients. A thermally expandable microcapsule is added in a range of 2 parts by weight to 12 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. A non-expandable hollow filler is added in a range of 10 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. The vinyl chloride resin is contained in the vinyl chloride plastisol composition in a range of 15% by weight to 50% by weight.

The invention concerns a synthetic flooring comprising: - a substrate layer comprising a recycled polyvinyl chloride and a filler; and - a surface layer comprising a printed polyethylene terephtalate film coated with a primer dispersion comprising : - polyvinyl chloride; - pigment; and one or more agents chosen from pH adjusting agents, wetting agents, dispersants, defoaming agents, and viscosity agents. The invention also concerns a process for the manufacture of synthetic flooring, comprising the steps of: (i) providing a surface layer comprising a polyethylene terephtalate film; (ii) printing a decorative pattern on the back side of the surface layer; (iii) coating the printed surface layer with said primer dispersion; and (iv) providing a substrate layer comprising recycled polyvinyl chloride and a filler; and (v) bonding the coated surface layer to the substrate layer The invention also concerns the use of said dispersion for the manufacture of synthetic floor coverings.

The present invention provides a self-enhancement plastic profile and a production method thereof. The self-enhancement plastic profile is made by co-extrusion a substrate resin and a PBT resin containing fiber glass. The production method of the self-enhancement plastic profile is that: melting and co-extrusion of the substrate resin and the PBT resin containing fiber glass. Infrastructures comprise a main engine and an auxiliary engine vertically arranged to the main engine. The main engine processes the PVC substrate (1), the auxiliary engine processes an enhancement bar (2) of the PBT resin containing fiberglass, the raw materials are extruded by the main engine and the auxiliary engine at the same and the extrudate is pre-profiled, and subjected to cold cutting and sized. The enhancement bar (2) is made by blending the fiberglass with thepolybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic. The self-enhancement plastic profile has advantages of simple, convenient and quick installation and convenient to produce.

The reaction product of silicone resin polycondensate particles and polyvinyl chloride according to the present invention is obtained by causing reaction of a material containing silicone resin polycondensate particles and vinyl chloride monomer. The silicone resin polycondensate particles are obtained by causing reaction of a material mixture containing a first organosilicon compound having a structural unit represented by a formula (1) and serving as a siloxane, a second organosilicon compound represented by a formula (2), and a third organosilicon compound represented by a formula (3A) or formula (3B).
