    摘要: An electromagnetic coupling module includes a feed circuit substrate having external coupling electrodes on both main surfaces thereof and a wireless IC chip. Radiation electrodes (22) and (32) are formed on a packaging body (30). The electromagnetic coupling module is disposed on a joint (9c) of the packaging body (30) so that the external coupling electrodes on both the main surfaces of the electromagnetic coupling module are coupled to the radiation electrodes (22) and (32), respectively. Thus, there is formed a wireless IC device that is resistant to shock or the like, easy to manufacture, and obtains stable characteristics and that allows easy reuse or replacement of an IC chip.

    摘要: A portable wireless device such as a folding portable telephone. Electric power is supplied by power supply wiring (7) placed between an upper printed board (4) and a lower circuit board (5). The upper printed board (4) and the lower printed board (5) form a radiation element. A portable wireless device body is made to function as a dipole antenna, and an upper/lower circuit connection section (6) for connecting the upper circuit board (4) and the lower circuit board (5) is composed of the power supply wiring (7) and signal wiring (10). The signal wiring (10) connects a circuit section of the upper printed board (4) and a circuit section of the lower printed board (5) and operates a receiver, a display (8), a microphone, an external interface, etc. The construction prevents damage to the signal wiring (10) caused by friction between the power supply wiring (7) and the signal wiring (10) occurring when the folding portable telephone is opened and closed, and realizes downsizing of the folding wireless device.
