    摘要： A guide belt (6) is stretched over a drive pulley (4) that rotates integrally with a head (1) and a driven pulley (5) situated at one side of the drive pulley (4). One end (9a) of the cable (6) is fixedly attached to a part of the guide belt (6) that is always in contact with the drive pulley (4) when the head (1) rotates, while the cable (9) is extended along the guide belt (6). The cable is bent back in U shape at its midpoint and the cable on the other end side therefrom is extended along a guide member (8) placed substantially in parallel with the guide belt (6) between the drive pulley (4) and the driven pulley (5). The other end (9b) of the cable (9) is fixedly attached to the guide member (8).

    摘要： A master device in a system including a bidirectional bus and at least one device manages whether the system is in an access state in which the master device permits an access to or from one device or a non-access state in which the master device permits an access to or from none of the devices. The master device drives the bidirectional bus using a predetermined current to transfer data to or from one device connected to the bidirectional bus when the system is in the access state. When the state of the system changes from the access state to the non-access state, the master device drives the bidirectional bus in order to stabilize the potential of the bidirectional bus.

When objects available on a specified date are extracted, the date of the occurrences or extinction of the objects in the records are ascertained sequentially from the top. This ascertaining process is cancelled regarding the objects appearing after the specified date, or regarding the objects disappearing before the specified date. Objects seasonally available or available depending on the weather and temporary traffic regulations to be carried out irregularly are stored in the map database (10) by an operator or through a communication from a traffic control center. Those objects and regulations are not indicated on a calendar due to their irregularity. The objects agreeing with a condition can be extracted, or roads available are selected to form a passable route.
