摘要： Mast cell degranulation inhibitors having a carboxyl group have not been used as medicines for external application, because of their low transdermal permeatibility. If the inhibitors are administered through transdermal application, any adverse side effect on organs in the body which may be produced when administered via an oral route administration could be avoided. Further, some of the mast cell degranulation inhibitors have an extremely poor photostability. This contributes to the difficulty in the development of a medicine for external application comprising the inhibitor. The transdermal permeability and photostability of a mast cell degranulation inhibitor can be improved by using the inhibitor in the form of a salt with an organic amine. Thus, disclosed is a preparation for external application comprising a mast cell degranulation inhibitor. The mast cell degranulation inhibitor and a preparation comprising the mast cell degranulation inhibitor can be improved in photostability.

摘要： The present invention provides a transdermal absorptive liquid preparation in which a medicament or a salt thereof is colloidally dispersed in propylene glycol or a propylene glycol-containing solvent, whose transdermal permeability of the medicament is excellent, problem of skin irritation is reduced. The liquid formulation of the present invention has a mode of particle diameter at around 100nm, and an average particle size of 50 to 500 nm. The liquid formulation of the present invention makes marked improvement in the transdermal permeability by further containing an absorption promoter such as triethanolamine.

摘要： It is intended to provide an external medicine for wounds which has nonconventional convenience in treating skin damages accompanied by a large amount of an exudation such as bedsore, skin ulcer and burn and yet has such advantages as observed in conventional medicines having been employed in treating these wounds. The external medicine for wounds is characterized by containing a water-soluble polymer and a crosslinking agent and being in the form of a powder or an ointment. After absorbing an exudation, the medicine undergoes phase transition from a sol to a gel and thus exhibits effects of adsorbing and eliminating necrotic tissues and protecting the wound face. Subsequently, it can continuously absorb the exudation. After using, it can be easily separated substantially as a mass, thereby achieving high therapeutic effects and convenience.
