    摘要： An SPR measuring element that needs no mechanical liquid feeding means. There is provided a sensor element for SPR measurement utilizing the effect of surface plasmon resonance (SPR), characterized by including a transparent substratum; a gold thin-film superimposed on at least a portion of the transparent substratum; and a thin film with sample affinity superimposed on the transparent substratum furnished on at least a portion thereof with the gold thin-film, wherein the thin film with sample affinity has a measuring region (region A) and, disposed so as to interpose the region A, a sample introduction part (region B) and a sample absorbing part (region C), and wherein the region A is furnished with a sample measuring part containing a molecule recognizing membrane, and wherein an introduction port is disposed on the sample affinity film of the region B while an absorption pad is disposed on the sample affinity film of the region C so as to cover the entirety of the region C, and wherein on the sample affinity thin film, point within the region B, point within the region A and point within the region C are present so as to lie on one straight line.
