Provided is an exhaust gas treatment equipment for a marine diesel engine capable of providing high PM collecting rate and a PM burning process in the ship. The exhaust gas treatment equipment includes: a tubular collection unit composed of a discharge electrode for charging particulate matters contained in exhaust gas from the engine and a precipitation electrode for collecting the particulate matters charged; a PM-low-concentration exhaust gas delivery pipe and a PM-high-concentration exhaust gas delivery pipe; a PM-free scrubber provided in the PM-low-concentration exhaust gas delivery pipe; a precipitation means for separating and collecting the particulate matters detached from the tubular collection unit by using a cyclone for precipitation; a burning device for burning PM precipitated by the precipitation means; and a recirculation pipe for recirculating combustion exhaust gas generated in the burning device to the collection unit or an exhaust pipe on the upstream side of the collection unit.

Provided is a TRIP-aided dual-phase martensitic steel which is excellent in terms of strength-elongation balance and Charpy impact value and has dual-phase martensite composed of a soft lath martensitic structure and a hard lath martensitic structure as a matrix phase, regardless of forging temperature or forging reduction ratio, by controlling heat treatment conditions. The product is composed of an ultra-high low-alloy TRIP steel having a metal microstructure which contains an appropriate quantity of two or more of Cr, Mo, and Ni, and an appropriate quantity of one or more of Nb, Ti, and V, and having an appropriate value of carbon equivalent; the metal microstructure has a mother-phase structure composed mainly of lathy bainitic ferrite with a small amount of granular bainitic ferrite and polygonal ferrite, and has a secondary-phase structure composed of fine retained austenite and martensite.
