The coupling arrangement is designed as a preassembled coupling arrangement assembly (51), comprising at least one first connection point (73) which corresponds to the first connection point of the phase shifter assembly and a second connection point (74) which corresponds to the second connection point of the phase shifter arrangement, and the connection points of the phase shifter assembly are axially joined to the connection points of the coupling arrangement assembly when the phase shifter assembly is assembled together with the coupling arrangement assembly.
