Automatic table-top machine (10) for kneading and extruding pasta, comprising a machine body (11), which includes electric gear motor means (12) having an output shaft (12.1) with horizontal axis, transmission means (13) from said output shaft (12.1) to a driven shaft (14) with axis horizontal and parallel to the axis of said output shaft (12.1) and coaxial to a shaft (15) of a kneading reel (15.1), projecting externally to said machine body (11) in a dough forming tank (16), having below and parallel to said shaft (15) of the kneading reel (15.1) an extrusion channel (17), in which there is arranged a worm screw (18) coaxial with respect to said output shaft (12.1), which feeds in the manner of an auger extrusion means (19) for forming pasta, wherein said tank (16) is substantially structured in the manner of a hopper (16.1), having two lateral chute-like walls (16.3), opposite and converging at the bottom into said extrusion channel (17), and two opposite walls, front (16.1) and rear (16.2), substantially vertical; wherein said rear wall (16.2) of said tank (16) is juxtaposed against a vertical wall (23) of said machine body (11) and is structured as an essentially triangular stiffening frame (16.21), comprising an upper horizontal cross-member (16.22), which forms a top edge of said tank (16), and a pair of essentially "V-shaped" branches (16.23) that form respective edges of said opposite lateral walls (16.3) and of said channel (17) of said tank (16); wherein said peripheral frame (16.21) extends beyond said tank (16) and provides an outer flange (16.24) fixed with respect to said tank (16); wherein said tank (16) is fixed with respect to said machine body (11) through detachable connection means (29) and is supported in a cantilever fashion with respect to said vertical wall (23) of said load-bearing frame (20); and wherein said detachable connection means (29) connect said outer flange (16.24) with respect to said vertical wall (23) of said load-bearing frame (20).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'une grille de protection amovible (13) pour une appareil tel qu'un batteur ou un mélangeur (1), la grille (13) étant suspendue en position de montage par sa partie extrême supérieure (27) à un organe support (18) fixe associé au bâti de l'appareil et situé au dessus de la cuve, l'organe support (18) comprenant des moyens de positionnement et de blocage (40) en au moins trois points de la partie extrême supérieure (27) de la grille à l'organe support (18), les moyens de positionnement et de blocage se présentant sous la forme de galets (30) faisant saillie de l'organe support (18) et permettant le maintien de la grille (13) à l'organe support.

un capot (2) recouvrant au moins en partie l'ouverture, dans lequel est ménagée une fenêtre (11) autorisant un accès limité à la cuve et par laquelle peuvent être introduits les ingrédients des moyens d'obturation partielle (16,21) de la fenêtre (11), caractérisé en ce que le capot (2) est monobloc, les moyens d'obturation (16) étant venus de matière avec le capot.

A pasta machine has an L-shaped base formed with an extruder seat and provided internally with a gear transmission having an input projecting in one direction from the base, and mixer and extruder outputs projecting in the opposite direction. An extruder body has an extruder chamber provided internally with an auger and is formed with a window opening radially into the extruder chamber. A mixer body has a mixing chamber secured to the extruder body and communicating with the extruder chamber through the window. This mixer body is provided internally with a mixing rotor that extends along and is rotatable about a mixer axis parallel to the extruder axis, and with a lid engageable over and closing the mixer body. The extruder body can be releasably interfitted with the extruder seat so as to fit the auger with the extruder output of the transmission and to fit the rotor with the mixer output of the transmission.
