These double valves are configured consecutively and within proximity of 300 micrometer from each other. The reaction chamber is substantially 'coinshaped', e.g. a reaction cylinder, preferably having a height diameter to height ratio greater than 3. Curved inlet and outlet channels ensure en effective elution.
