摘要: Disclosed are bifunctional composite catalysts which have a basic mixed oxide support derived from layer double hydroxides and methods for conversion of β-hydroxy carbonyl species and preparation of amino alcohol precursor using the same. By the bifunctional catalyst, the abundant basic sites on hydrotalcite oxide (HTO) allow retro-aldol reaction to outpace direct hydrogenation, thus achieving an exceptional selectivity towards a desired product produced through retro-aldol reaction and then hydrogenation by, for example, nickel nanoparticles on the support. Accordingly, this method exhibits particular utility in the renewable production of N-acetylethanolamine from biomass-derived N-acetyl glucosamine (GlcNAc) without using homogeneous base as a co-catalyst.

摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Clustern und Nanopartikeln worin ein oder mehrere Reaktormodule mit kontinuierlichen Rührkesselreaktoren (CSTRs) in kaskaden-förmiger Anordnung vorgesehen sind und welche sich durch einen modularen Aufbau mit variabler Anzahl und Anordnung der einzelnen Reaktormodule und Rührkesselreaktoren auszeichnet. Die Erfindung umfasst ferner ein neues Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Synthese von Clustern und Nanopartikeln in einer solchen Anlage.

The gas diffusion electrode can be fabricated with the carbon supported nitrogen surface functionalized silver nanoparticles and deployed in a membrane electrode assembly for various applications.
