摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing butadiene having excellent catalyst reproducibility, and more particularly, to a method of preparing butadiene having excellent catalyst reproducibility, wherein the method includes a reaction step of introducing a reactant containing butene, oxygen, nitrogen, and steam as constituents into a reactor filled with a metal oxide catalyst, and performing oxidative dehydrogenation reaction at a temperature of 300 to 450 °C; a first cooling step of, after the reaction step, maintaining supply of the reactant within a range within which the flow rate change rate of each of the constituents is less than ±40 % or stopping supply of the butene contained in the reactant, and cooling the reactor to a temperature range of 200 °C or lower and higher than 70 °C; and a second cooling step of, after the first cooling step, stopping supply of the reactant or stopping at least supply of the butene contained in the reactant, and cooling the reactor to a temperature of 70 °C or lower.
According to the present invention, the method is effective in reducing operation time and cost by preventing catalyst deactivation which may occur when oxidative dehydrogenation reaction is stopped as needed and then restarted.-

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a platinum-based alloy powder, the method comprising a heat treatment of a mixed powder containing a platinum-based powder composed of at least one selected from the group consisting of platinum and platinum compound, a platinum group metal-based powder composed of at least one selected from the group consisting of iridium, rhodium, palladium, and compound containing at least one of them, and an alkaline-earth metal compound, wherein specific surface area of the platinum group metal-based powder is 30 m 2 /g or more and D90 of the mixed powder is 1.0 µm or less. According to the method for producing a platinum-based alloy powder of the invention, it is possible to produce a platinum-based alloy powder that has a desired particle diameter, also has a sharp particle size distribution, and has high purity and crystallinity.

摘要: A method of and system for recirculating a fluid in a particle production system. A reactor produces a reactive particle-gas mixture. A quench chamber mixes a conditioning fluid with the reactive particle-gas mixture, producing a cooled particle-gas mixture that comprises a plurality of precursor material particles and an output fluid. A filter element filters the output fluid, producing a filtered output. A temperature control module controls the temperature of the filtered output, producing a temperature-controlled, filtered output. A content ratio control module modulates the content of the temperature-controlled, filtered output, thereby producing a content-controlled, temperature-controlled, filtered output. A channeling element supplies the content-controlled, temperature-controlled, filtered output to the quench chamber, wherein the content-controlled, filtered output is provided to the quench chamber as the conditioning fluid to be used in cooling the reactive particle-gas mixture.

摘要: This invention relates to a cerium-zirconium based mixed oxide having: (a) a Ce:Zr molar ratio of 1 or less, and (b) a cerium oxide content of 10-50% by weight, wherein the composition has (i) a surface area of at least 18 m2/g, and a total pore volume as measured by N2 physisorption of at least 0.11 cm3/g, after ageing at 1100° C. in an air atmosphere for 6 hours, and (ii) a surface area of at least 42 m2/g, and a total pore volume as measured by N2 physisorption of at least 0.31 cm3/g, after ageing at 1000° C. in an air atmosphere for 4 hours. The invention also relates to a catalytic system comprising the cerium-zirconium based mixed oxide, as well as to a process 10 for treating an exhaust gas from a vehicle engine comprising contacting the exhaust gas with the cerium-zirconium based mixed oxide. In addition, the invention relates to a process for preparing a cerium-zirconium based mixed hydroxide or mixed oxide as claimed in any preceding claim, the process comprising the steps of: (a) dissolving a zirconium salt in an aqueous acid, (b) adding one or more complexing agents to the resulting solution, the one or more complexing agents being an organic compound comprising at least one of the following functional groups: an amine, an organosulphate, a sulphonate, a hydroxyl, an ether or a carboxylic acid group, (c) heating the solution or sol formed in step (b), (d) adding a cerium salt, and adding a sulphating agent either before or after the addition of the cerium salt, and (e) adding a base to form a cerium-zirconium based mixed hydroxide.

摘要: Catalytic materials, and in particular, rhodium-containing catalytic materials for exhaust gas purifying catalyst composites are provided herein. Such materials comprise multimetallic Rh-containing nanoparticles, which are present primarily inside aggregated particles of a support (such as alumina). Such catalytic materials can exhibit excellent conversion of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides.

摘要: The present invention discloses a novel transition metal(s) catalyst supported on nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon and a process for the preparation of the same. Further, the present invention discloses use of transition metal(s) supported on nitrogen- doped mesoporous carbon catalyst in catalytic transfer hydrogenation reaction. The invention also discloses an improved process for the synthesis of 2,5-Dimethylfuran (DMF) and 2-Methylfuran (MF) from 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and furfural respectively, using alcohols as hydrogen donor over a transition metal supported on nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon, especially ruthenium supported on nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon without using any co-catalysts.
