Abstract:
A system for producing components by hot stamping includes a laser cutting station for cutting a plate from a supplied steel-sheet material. The plate has at least one of a predetermined edge-contour and a predetermined cut-out portion for forming a shape of the component. The plate is stored in a storage station, and is subsequently transferred to a furnace station for heating the plate to a predetermined deformation temperature. A press having a hot stamping tool forms the plate into the shape of the component. The system also includes a measuring station disposed downstream of the press for obtaining measurement data relating to the shape of the component that is formed from the plate. The measurement data obtained using the measuring station is provided to a control module of the laser cutting station via a feedback loop.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a method for cutting plastic products provided in a continuous band consisting of segments to be cut with one laser cut for use in the medical sector, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing interconnected plastic products embedded in a continuous band of plastic, determining positional data for the interconnected plastic products embedded in the continuous band of plastic through an optical acquisition unit and calculation of a cutting pattern through a data processing unit, controlling the laser by means of a laser control system, consisting of a controllable focusing optic, a controllable deflection means and a beamforming means, wherein in dependence of the determined positional data the position and intensity of the focal point of the at least one laser is controlled and cutting the interconnected plastic products provided in a continuous band of plastic according to the calculated cutting pattern. Furthermore the invention is also directed to a method for cutting plastic products provided in a continuous band consisting of segments to be cut with one laser cut for use in the medical sector, wherein each segment cools down while being laser cut and has any temperature range when being cut within 30°C to 155°C.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a data page (10), which is built up of at least two plastic layers (1, 2) and has a fastening strip (3) that projects along a page edge line (20) for fastening in a passport. Part of the fastening strip (3) overlaps with the plastic layers (1, 2). In the overlap region (5), cut-outs (6) are formed, by means of which the fastening strip (3) is connected permanently to the data page (10). The plastic material of the plastic layers (1, 2) forms studs (15) through the cut-outs (6). At least one cut-out (6) lies close to the edge line (20) and has an exposed part face (8), which preferably surrounds a piece (9) of fastening strip (3); or at least two adjacent cut-outs (6) are formed in such a manner that their outlines are not congruent.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery, and more specifically to a lithium secondary battery having a multi-directional lead-tab structure. The lithium secondary battery of the present invention includes: an electrode assembly which is formed by alternately laminating an electrode plate having a current collector, an active material, and a tab, and an isolation layer; a lead which is electrically connected to the tab; and a battery case, wherein the lead is divided into an anode lead and a cathode lead, and at least two or more anode leads and cathode leads are provided. The battery of the present invention uses the same lead-tab size as the prior art and is suitable for use with high current.
