Provided is a method of manufacturing a heat conductive sheet with improved adhesion and heat conductivity. The method includes the steps of molding a heat conductive resin composition, which includes heat conductive fillers and a binder resin, into a predetermined shape and curing the heat conductive resin composition to obtain a molded product of the heat conductive resin composition, cutting the molded product into sheets to obtain a molded product sheet, and pressing the molded product sheet.

One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a tissue integration device. The tissue integration device can be produced by forming a polymer mixture into a shape. The polymer mixture can include a polymer resin and a growth-promoting medium. Next, at least one polymer forming the polymer resin can be oriented in at least one direction. The shaped polymeric material can then be formed into the tissue integration device.

The back end includes a rim (406) and groove (404) disposed around the outside of the insert and a primer pocket disposed inside the back end. Also included is a front end, opposite the back end, having an overmolded area (408) disposed around the outside of the insert above the primer pocket and a basin, having a depth, formed inside the overmolded area. A flash hole (418) can be included inside the insert and communicating between the primer pocket (416) and the basin. The flash hole has a perimeter and a ring disposed around the perimeter of the flash hole, including a height starting at a bottom of the basin, disposed toward the front end, and less than the depth of the basin.
