A manufacturing method of a composite film composed of a resin intermediate film and a plastic film for laminated glass, including: feeding the resin intermediate film with 0.04 to 0.4 N/cm tension and the plastic film, between a two rolls whose surface temperatures are 25 to 50°C, and pressing these to obtain a laminate; and feeding the laminate between a third roll whose surface temperature is 60°C or higher and lower than Tg of a resin in the plastic film and a fourth roll whose surface temperature is lower than this by 15 to 30°C, so as to bring the plastic film into contact with the third roll, and pressing the laminate.

An example method includes injection molding an annular-shaped member onto an inner surface of a sacrificial mold insert, and then undermolding an elongate medical device body directly to the member. The present invention relates to a process for producing a resin composite molded article comprising bonding a molded article (A) of a resin A which contains a polymer containing an alicyclic structure and a molded article (B) of a resin B to produce a resin composite molded article, the bonding including a step 1 of applying at least one activation treatment selected from plasma application, excimer ultraviolet irradiation, and corona discharge to the bonding surface of the molded article (A), followed by a treatment with a silane coupling agent (A), a step 2 of applying at least one activation treatment selected from plasma application, excimer ultraviolet irradiation, and corona discharge to the bonding surface of the molded article (B), and a step 3 of superposing the bonding surface of the molded article (A) on the bonding surface of the molded article (B), and press-bonding the bonding surfaces. According to the present invention, a resin composite molded article having excellent peeling resistance can be produced by bonding the molded article of the resin A which contains a polymer containing an alicyclic structure and the molded article of the resin B at a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the resins without using an adhesive.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verwalzen von Objekten (3) wie zum Beispiel Kaffeebohnen, Münzen oder Kristalle zwischen zwei Platten (1,2) aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff, insbesondere Polymethylmetacrylat, welches als Plexiglas im Handel erhältlich ist. Dabei werden die Platten (1,2) vor dem Verwalzen auf eine Metallplatte aufgelegt und von oben erhitzt. Die Metallplatte dient dabei dazu, die Temperatur auf einer Seite der Platten gering zu halten. Auf der Oberseite werden die Platten bis auf eine Temperatur erhitzt, bei der die Kunststoffplatten erweichen. Schon vor dem Erhitzen oder ggf. auch danach werden auf die Oberfläche Objekte (3) ggf. mit geringem Handdruck eingelegt oder in vorgefertigte Ausnehmungen gesetzt und eine zweite Kunststoffplatte, welche im gleichen Verfahren erhitzt wurde, aufgelegt. Beide Platten (1,2) werden sodann zwischen einem Walzenpaar (18,19) zusammengedrückt, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass die Oberflächen der Kunststoffplatten warm genug ist. Der Kunststoff sollte so weich sein, dass während des Verwalzens die Objekte (3) vollständig umschlossen werden und keine Einschlüsse an den Rändern der Objekte entstehen.

The first support structure at least partially defines a cavity for supporting the preform in a desired configuration of the duct. The second support structures can include an elastomeric device that is configured to adjust radially and urge the interface of the preform against the first support structure. A heater is configured to heat an interface of the preform to above a glass transition temperature. The resulting duct is has a longitudinal consolidation joint and defines a passage.
