A polyacrylamide gel sample for use in electrophoretic analysis can be manufactured so that a step of transferring gel stock solutions to an auxiliary container is avoided.

The matrices of the invention are formed by a method comprising the steps of providing a solution of a hydrogel-forming material, providing a template material with a three-dimensional configuration corresponding to the negative configuration of the desired interconnected porous structure of the hydrogel material, said template material comprising interconnected zinc oxide tetrapod (t-ZnO) networks, casting the solution of hydrogel-forming material onto the template and removing the template material from the hydrogel material by acid hydrolysis of the template material.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neuartiges Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen faserverstärkten Profilwerkstoffen, die mit einem Hartschaumkern, insbesondere einem PMI-Schaumkern gefüllt sind. Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein neuartiges Verfahren, welches in verschiedenen Varianten mit einem besonders hohen Durchsatz und einer hohen Variabilität bezüglich der Formgebung durchführbar ist. Dabei wird in einem Verfahrensschritt ein komplexer faserverstärkter Profilwerkstoff kontinuierlich hergestellt und gleichzeitig mit dem Hartschaumkern gefüllt. Weiterhin wird im gleichen Verfahrensschritt eine sehr gute Anbindung des Hartschaumkerns an das faserverstärkte Profilmaterial gewährleistet. Darüber hinaus erfolgt die Formgebung in mindestens zwei Werkzeugen gleichzeitig, so dass ein besonders hoher Durchsatz erzielt werden kann und gleichzeitig Profilwerkstoffe unterschiedlicher Form produziert werden können.

The invention relates to a method of a new type for producing new fiber-reinforced profile materials, which are filled with a rigid foam core, in particular a PMI foam core. The invention relates in particular to a method of a new type that can be performed in different variants with an especially high throughput and high variability in respect of the shaping. In one step, a complex fiber-reinforced profile material is continuously produced and simultaneously filled with the rigid-foam core. Furthermore, very good bonding of the rigid foam core to the fiber-reinforced profile material is ensured in the same step. Furthermore, the shaping occurs in at least two tools simultaneously such that an especially high throughput can be achieved and profile materials of different shapes can be produced simultaneously.
