The pressure-release valve is partly disconnected from the rest of the laminate, forming an inflatable outlet tube with at least one large outlet opening and lifting off from the laminate under increased pressure in the pack. The one-way pressure-release valve allows for pressure release at low minimum opening pressure in a reliable and reproducible way.

The present invention can combine fabrics in a seamless manner by forming at least one bonding pattern line by a process comprising: printing and drying a heat-reactive adhesive on the inner surface of an inner fabric, and/or an outer fabric or an optional mesh material in a predetermined pattern, laminating said inner fabric, optional reinforced material and outer fabric, and then high-frequency heating them under pressing with a pressing pattern the same as the printing pattern to bond the inner fabric, and outer fabric. Since the present invention combines fabrics by employing a high-frequency bonding manner in which a heat-reactive adhesive is used, it is possible to combine fabrics in a seamless manner with a bonding pattern line which is composed of a bonding line with excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with a good clearness and finishing quality.

The intermediate laminate has a first tack down region and an activation region adjacent the first tack down region. A portion of the first tack down region passes through the first nip region, and a portion of the activation region passes through the non-nip region of the nipping member. The activation region of the intermediate laminate is mechanically activated, thereby creating the stretch laminate.

Each mount includes a sleeve attached to the optical device and each sleeve includes a bore. Studs are attached to the optical housing and each stud includes an outer bonding surface extending through the bore of each sleeve. Once the optical device is aligned, a curable material is deposited into the sleeve and cured between the sleeve and the stud, such that the curable material couples the sleeve and the stud to each other to provide a robust structural joint that minimizes self-induced stresses into the optic. A series of annular conical portions and corresponding surfaces are provided to retain registration of the optical device against dynamic shearing and bending forces. A method of aligning and mounting an optical device is provided.
