Multiple through holes are defined through the second connection bridge and multiple seats are defined in the first connection bridge and located corresponding to the through holes. Multiple engaging members each have a passage and are respectively engaged with the installation holes. Each of the engaging members is matched with the recess and has a contact surface so that the head of the spoke is securely connected to contact surface. The connection between the spokes and the rim dispenses stress to the engaging members.

An intermediate spacer between the inner and outer spacers may alternatively be provided detachably connecting the inner and outer spacers together, attached to an outside end of the inner spacer and to the inside end of the outer spacer by bolts.
