A first object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a magnetic particle-containing composition which has excellent storage stability and has fluidity suitable for coating even after a certain period of time after stirring. A third object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic particle-containing cured product, a magnetic particle-introduced substrate, and an electronic material. The method for producing a magnetic particle-containing composition of the present invention includes a step of cooling, to 5°C or lower, a precursor composition which contains magnetic particles, a dispersant, and at least one of a solvent or a liquid reactive monomer, in which the dispersant has an amine-based adsorptive group and a crystalline polymer chain.
