Abstract:
The present invention is referred to a building structure, more particularly to the structure involving the main three elements. The elements are structural insulated panels (SIP) (1) and insulated connectors (2, 3) and parts thereof, which are adapted by cutting, dissecting or joining. These elements are of respective dimensions and made of materials with respective properties that when joining them and their parts together in a certain manner, securing with nails, screws or wood screws, and sealing the joining points with mounting foam, a closed, tight shell-type frame structure of the building is obtained. Thermal bridges are prevented due to insulated connectors applied. The shell type structure provides the building with the spatial stability, tightness, lightness, and thermal efficiency. Blocks assembled from such elements can be used for floors, walls, slabs and roofs in residential, commercial or individual buildings. These elements are universal; therefore, there is no need for a specific project design - availability of continuous manufacturing at the workshop and delivery to the warehouse. There are no concentrated loads, and no need for traditional foundations. It is just necessary for construction to prepare the site of compacted soil/gravel and arrange engineering network piping. The construction cost is considerably reduced due to universal application of three elements and their parts of the system, and effectiveness obtained, and continuous manufacturing to store in warehouse.
Abstract:
A wall element including upper and lower elements at upper and lower edges. A first side element extending along the first side, a second side element extending along the second side and a substantially rectangular board are present. The upper and lower elements include a first edge coinciding with the first side and a second edge coinciding with the second side, wherein the first and second edges are arranged in an angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the outer surface, the angle lies within the interval 20°-45°, and the first and second side elements extending parallel to the plane, perpendicular to the board and having a total extension corresponding to the extension of the upper and the lower element in the plane, wherein the first side element bear against the plate and the second side element extend from the inside of the wall element.

Abstract:
Covering panel for external building faces, comprising a support (10) provided with a base (14) having a polygonal profile and a perimetric wall (16) which rises from one side of the base (14) so as to define a seat (17) in which is accommodated thermally insulating material (36); a ventilated chamber (18), which is superimposed on the base (14) on the opposite side with respect to the seat (17), has the same polygonal profile arranged offset along two adjacent sides for the interlocking coupling of a plurality of identical panels fixed to an external building face to be covered (W).
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a construction structure for houses and buildings which comprises multiple structural beams, structural beams (A), flooring lightweight beams (B, B'), pillars (C), Blocks (D), junction corners (E), supports for flooring lightweight beams (F), horizontal closure, lintel or sill profiles (G), jambs (H), attachments fittings (I, J) especially conceived which fit together, in order to stay firmly united to form a highly consolidated structure.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acoustic element comprising a dry molded hollow shell structure and an acoustic filler(s), and a method for producing such acoustic element. The shell of the invention is designed to incorporate acoustic fillers thus reducing an excessive use of binding agents. The shell consists of renewable and/or recycled materials and together with acoustic filler(s) provides a versatile acoustic element with excellent acoustic properties. The element can be easily adjusted to fulfill the acoustic needs of various sound proof requiring spaces.
Abstract:
Structural element for heat-insulating purposes between two structural parts, in particular between a building and a projecting exterior part, consisting of an insulating body, which is to be arranged between the two structural parts, and of reinforcing elements at least consisting of a pressure-exerting element which, with the structural element in the installed state, runs through the insulating body substantially horizontally and transversely to the substantially horizontal longitudinal extent of the insulating body, and can be connected at least indirectly to the two structural parts, wherein the pressure-exerting element has an additional element which encloses the pressure-exerting element at least in sub-regions, and at least indirectly, wherein the pressure-exerting element is produced using a lost mould (1), wherein the additional element consists, at least in part, of the lost mould, and wherein the additional element is formed in two or more parts.

Abstract:
A prefabricated cover board has a high-density polymer or predominantly polymer material core layer having a density between 6 lbs/ft3 and 25 lbs/ft3. A prefabricated roofing panel composite includes the cover board and an insulation board that has a low-density polymer or predominantly polymer material foam core layer having a density less than 6 lbs/ft3. The cover board may have a waterproofing membrane forming the top major surface of the cover board. When making the roofing panel composite, the low-density foam core layer of the insulation board may be formed with the high-density core layer of the cover board being currently or subsequently formed over and bonded to a top major surface of the low-density foam core layer in the same operation or preformed insulation boards may be fed into a production line with the high-density core layer of the cover board being formed over and bonded to top major surfaces of the low-density foam core layers of the insulation boards.
