摘要: When the operating state of an internal combustion engine (10) is under low load, the supply of unburned fuel is controlled by using post-injection without using in-exhaust-pipe direct injection. Under medium load, the supply of the unburned fuel is controlled by using both the post-injection and the in-exhaust-pipe direct injection. Under high load, the supply of the unburned fuel is controlled by using the in-exhaust-pipe direct injection without using the post-injection. Thus, in air-fuel ratio rich control performed during regeneration to recover the purification capability of an exhaust gas purification apparatus, both black smoke and white smoke are reduced when the supply of the unburned fuel for supplying the unburned fuel into exhaust gas is controlled.

摘要: An exhaust gas control system (10) includes a DOC (oxidation catalyst) (52) and a DPF (particulate filter) (53) in an exhaust passage. The exhaust gas control system executes feedback control over an amount of energy supplied to the DPF (post fuel injection amount) such that an actual temperature of the DPF coincides with a predetermined command temperature at the time when a regeneration start condition of the DPF (53) is satisfied. In this feedback control, the exhaust gas control system (10) calculates a target value of a sensor detected temperature, that is, a sensor target detected temperature, detected by a temperature sensor (65, 66) using a temperature sensor model (a first temperature sensor model or a second temperature sensor model) constructed using Pade approximation in consideration of a dead time and a lag. However, during a predetermined period after the regeneration start condition is satisfied, feedback control based on the sensor target detected temperature is prohibited.

摘要: Rich control is performed to hold an air-fuel ratio of an exhaust gas discharged from an engine combustion chamber temporarily richer than the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio by injecting additional fuel into a cylinder in an expansion stroke or exhaust stroke while an exhaust gas recirculation rate is made lower than a base exhaust gas recirculation rate. A variable valve timing mechanism able to change an overlap period is provided. When ending rich control (ta2), the injection of additional fuel is stopped and the overlap period (OL) is increased from a base overlap period (OLB) and held there while an EGR rate (REGR) is kept lower than a base EGR rate (REGRB) and when a delay time (dt) elapses, the EGR rate and the overlap period are reset to the base EGR rate and the base overlap period.

摘要: An auxiliary injection is carried out at an in-cylinder temperature at which a premixed combustion by the auxiliary injection is separatable into a low-temperature oxidation reaction and a high-temperature oxidation reaction, in a compression self-igniting internal combustion engine in which fuel injected into a cylinder from a fuel injection valve combusts in the cylinder, and that is configured to carry out an operation of fuel injection from the fuel injection valve. The operation of fuel injection includes at least a main injection and the auxiliary injection. The main injection causes a combustion mainly including a diffusion combustion in the cylinder. The auxiliary injection is carried out prior to the main injection and causes a combustion mainly including the premixed combustion in the cylinder. Specifically, an in-cylinder gas temperature (750K) is used as a reference, and the auxiliary injection is carried out before the in-cylinder gas temperature reaches 750K, so as to separate the low-temperature oxidation reaction and the high-temperature oxidation reaction from one another. This control makes the premixed combustion slow before a compression top dead center is reached, and ensures control of the premixed combustion in a temperature controlled manner in accordance with the transition of the in-cylinder gas temperature. This ensures unambiguous determination of the injection time of the auxiliary injection based on the in-cylinder temperature, and facilitates the attempt to simplify the fuel injection control.

Si la purge est interrompue (900) avec qu'elle soit complète, la post-injection est supprimée, mais le réglage des actionneurs de la chaîne d'air n'est pas modifié. Si, pendant une durée limitée (1500), les conditions de purge sont à nouveau remplies (1300), la post-injection est ajoutée instantanément, de sorte que la purge peut reprendre immédiatement (500).

There is provided a regeneration device for an exhaust-gas purifying device 40 which is provided in an exhaust system 20 of an internal combustion engine 10, the regeneration device including: an injector 11 for injecting fuel into a cylinder; a glow plug 12 which is energized to be heated to thereby increase a temperature inside the cylinder; and a regeneration control unit 50 for executing a regenerating operation for restoring a purification capacity of the exhaust-gas purifying device 40 by controlling the injection of fuel of the injector 11 and the energization of the glow plug 12, wherein during the regenerating operation, the regeneration control unit 50 controls the injection of fuel of the injector 11 by a multi-stage injection including at least a post injection and energizes the glow plug 12 at a predetermined duty ratio to burn, within the cylinder, fuel supplied by the post injection.

摘要: Provided is an exhaust gas purification system which is capable of accurately controlling idling mode automatic regeneration when a vehicle is stopped during running mode automatic regeneration and also preventing the temperature of exhaust gas from overshooting even when the idling mode automatic regeneration is shifted to running mode automatic regeneration. In the exhaust gas purification system, a DPD 25 for trapping PM in exhaust gas is connected to an exhaust pipe 20 of a diesel engine 10 to automatically regenerate the DPD by raising a temperature of the exhaust gas from a diesel engine 10 by carrying out post injection when an amount of PM in the DPD 25 exceeds a predetermined amount. Further, the system includes detecting the temperature of the exhaust gas during DPD regeneration when the DPD is automatically regenerated, calculating a deviation between the detected temperature of the exhaust gas and a target temperature for the DPD regeneration, and controlling a quantity of the post injection by resetting an integral control term used in a PID control to zero when running mode automatic regeneration is shifted to idling mode automatic regeneration after a vehicle is stopped, when PID-controlling the quantity of the post injection based on the deviation.

摘要: An exhaust gas purifying system is provided to, during automatic regeneration with a vehicle running, control post injection accurately through PID control even when acceleration and deceleration are repeated or when an exhaust brake valve is closed. An exhaust pipe 20 for a diesel engine 10 is connected to a DPD 25. To automatically regenerate the DPD 25, an exhaust gas temperature is detected, a deviation of the detected exhaust gas temperature from a target regeneration temperature is evaluated, and an amount of post injection is controlled through PID control according to the deviation. When, during the automatic regeneration with a vehicle running, an exhaust brake valve 24 is closed, the post injection is interrupted. While the exhaust brake is being closed, an operation of an integral control term is continued with the PID control, and when the exhaust brake valve 24 is opened, the integral control term operated without interruption is used as an initial amount of operation.
