摘要: A reciprocating low-speed heavy-load hydraulic pump with a variable action area comprises a plurality of hydraulic cylinder units (3) and moving members (1, 2). Two ends of the hydraulic cylinder units (3) are separately connected with the moving members (1, 2) via mechanical structures. The moving members (1, 2) move relative to each other. The hydraulic cylinder unit (3) consists of a hydraulic cylinder (4), a reversing valve (5) and a one-way valve (6). The hydraulic cylinder (4), the reversing valve (5) and the one-way valve (6) are connected with each other via hydraulic pipelines. Based on different magnitudes of driving force, the hydraulic pump can proactively configure and form different combinations of hydraulic cylinder units, and further adjust the size of an equivalent action area. Therefore, even if the magnitude of the driving force changes, it can be ensured that the hydraulic pump consisting of hydraulic cylinder units outputs oil liquid with a relatively stable pressure for use by a subsequently connected system. The reciprocating low-speed heavy-load hydraulic pump with a variable action area is advantageous in high conversion efficiency, a simple system structure and good working stability.

摘要: An infusion system includes a double action infusion pump. The pump includes a cylinder and a reciprocating piston received within the cylinder, the reciprocating piston separating a first pump chamber from a second pump chamber of the cylinder. A reciprocating motor is coupled with the reciprocating piston, and the first and second pump chambers alternate between filling and evacuating conditions with reciprocation of the reciprocating piston through operation of the reciprocating motor, and the speed of reciprocation is varied to provide a continuous output of fluid between the first and second pump chambers. A fluid source and a catheter are optionally coupled with the double action infusion pump. The catheter includes one or more infusion ports near a catheter distal portion, and the one or more infusion ports receive and expel the continuous output of fluid from the double action infusion pump.

摘要: A liquid pumping system comprises a plurality of liquid pumps and a hydraulic drive unit. Each liquid pump is driven by a separate hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinders are powered by a shared hydraulic pump through a valve set. A valve set controller is configured to operate the valve set. A liquid pumping process comprises distributing an initial flow of pressurized hydraulic fluid between the hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders move through a cycle in a phased relationship to provide a constant sum of flow rates from the liquid pumps. A membrane filtration system combines the liquid pumping system with a membrane unit. In a water treating process, feed water is pumped through the membrane unit. Brine from the membrane unit is returned to each liquid pump while that liquid pump is feeding water to the membrane unit.
