Abstract:
The present invention provides a turbocharger including: a rotating shaft; a turbine wheel; a compressor wheel; a rolling bearing including an inner race fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft, an outer race surrounding the inner race from the outside in a radial direction, and rolling bodies arranged between the inner and outer races and that supports the rotating shaft to be rotatable about an axis; a housing that covers the rolling bearing from an outer circumferential side via a gap between the housing and an outer circumferential surface of the rolling bearing; and a lubricant supply line configured to supply a lubricant into the housing. The turbocharger includes an operating state detection unit that detects an operating state of the turbocharger and a lubricant regulating unit configured to regulate the flow rate of the lubricant flowing through the lubricant supply line depending on the operating state.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A method for a system having a plurality of primary fluid sources and a fluid output with a common pump includes halting pumping of a first fluid, isolating the common pump from the fluid output and the primary fluid sources, connecting an inlet of the common pump to a solvent source and an outlet of the common pump to a waste fluid dump, actuating the common pump first in a pumping mode, then in a recirculation mode, and then in a flush mode, connecting an inlet of the common pump to a second primary fluid source, and an outlet of the common pump to the output line, and starting pumping mode pumping of a second fluid from the second primary fluid source through the output line.
Abstract:
In a tool spindle device, a tool head is slidably guided along guide members on a support table and is movable by a tool head feed mechanism. A tool spindle with a machining tool such as grinding wheel attached thereto is rotatably supported through antifriction bearings in the tool head. A lubrication mechanism is provided in the tool head for lubricating the antifriction bearings with oil air or oil mist. A space section is formed between the support table and the tool head to house the tool head feed mechanism and the guide members therein. A release passage is provided for releasing the oil air or the oil mist after lubricating the antifriction bearings, into the first space section therethrough to lubricate the tool head feed mechanism and the guide members housed in the space section.
Abstract:
A minimal lubrication device (1) comprising a lubricant fluid storage reservoir (2) and a pump (6) for said lubricant, said pump (6) being a high pressure pump with a delivery side connected to at least one modular element (M) arranged to mix a compressed air flow with said lubricant, said modular element (M) presenting a mixer element fed with a compressed air flow into which an outlet opens of a needle flow regulator fed by the lubricant originating from the pump. The module (M) comprises a compensator device which maintains the oil quantity dispensed by the flow regulator constant even if the pressure on the user side changes.
Abstract:
A lubrication apparatus (100) for a four-stroke engine (1) includes: an oil tank (7); a supply passageway (31) having an opening (31a) to supply oil mist from the oil tank (7) to driving parts, the opening (31a) being formed in in the oil tank (7); and a partition (66) provided between the opening (31a) and a side wall (7b) of the oil tank (7), the partition (66) being formed by partition plate members (66a) to divide an inside of the oil tank (7) into an inner area and an outer area, the inner area including the opening (31a), and the outer area being defined between the inner area and the side wall (7b). Oil can freely move between the inner area and the outer area, and the opening (31a) is placed in a position above a surface of the oil accumulated in the oil tank (7) even when the four-stroke engine (1) is tilted in every direction.
